I’ve had this casino app for months and months. Never won then again I never put money on it either. Well tonight I finally won. Equalled out to 212$. I went and took a picture of my I.d and my face. It then said my documents were on other sites so therefore they couldn’t identify me. It’s absolute bullshit. They’re scammers 100%.

I was all for LuckyStake and even gave them a 5 start review. Playing and staying with them for a while seemed to change my mind, customer service sucks! I've had 8 referrals and tried to get an update and all they did was ignore me. I even reached out to Mr Baxter from VIP on FB and he ensured he will get in touch with me asap, numerous of times I would inbox him and he would open the message and leave me on open, no update. What a slap in the face. Will not spend another dime with them.

Scammers. For the second week in a row when I get to the 7 day log in bonus it just doesn't give it to me. I click claim it resets timer for 24 hours shows it as being claimed but doesn't credit my account. Message support and they said nothing they can do about it. Scammers looking for a quick cash grab. Avoid them unless you just hate your money and want to give it to the worst kind of people.
Only have made one deposit ever at this casino. A couple days ago I started with$3.40 from bonus money and got it up to a little over the minimum $100 redemption. Took about 3 days to hit my account. It sat pending for 3 days but once the approved it which was at 11am it was in my bank account at 456pm. I'll give them 5 stars cuz they pay and not a crazy long wait like I've heard from some of these other casinos that are falling apart.

Okay after I redeemed I came to check reviews for timeline of when I would get it. These reviews definitely scared me. I play on a lot of platforms and I always check reviews first. I did for lucky stake too but when I came back it says that the reviews were fake and account can't be rated. Then the reviews I read about not getting redemptions and accounts being blocked made it worse.
Anywho I redeemed for $1300 after spending around $60. Verification went normal no problem and I had all the same options to redeem just like every other site. I chose to send to my bank. I redeemed April 10 (a Friday). April 14th it said processing at 6am. By 830 am it said complete. Still worried cuz some people said they never got the deposit but status said complete. Sure enough by 430pm it was in my account. Games are good. Verification was good. And redemption was good. I didn't have to talk to customer service so I can't speak on that. I will def continue playing
I won enough to redeem requested redemption and I waited 2 weeks tried to talk to customer service no luck same automated responses after 2 weeks I cancelled redemption and lost all money I will never waste my time on this scam site again by the way my account was fully verified

I added money and won and then they suspended my account bc I used my husband's card to add they money but they sure didn't have a issue taking the money from his account!!! Now everytime i try and contact someone AI says they will connect me with a support specialist but instead they close my chat and dont connect me with anyone. I have submitted everything they ask me to and they still have my account suspended!! If I cant use the card they shouldn't have taken the money off it in the first place!!

Love the variety of games so I wish the daily rewards give you a little more daily instead of a lot of gold coins but that's okay when you do get a decent reward they add up and the very last one is bigger than some games or platforms.
