So, I really wanted to give this social casino a chance. I saw both the good and bad reviews and decided to try it out for myself. I put about $20 in or so and got up to about $150 before cashing out. My verification was denied because I was having trouble uploading my license. The KYC service that they use is sumsub which a lot of other social casinos use as well. Unlike the other casinos that use this verification system, lucky stake does not have the option to transfer over your existing information from sumsub. It is the same company and they already have my information. I am getting no help from anyone besides some AI bot named Emma who can never connect me to a live agent. Very misleading to say there is 24 seven Support. I emailed four days ago and was told something along the lines of “ I should find someone that new technology a little bit better to help me.” respectfully, I have done this verification through multiple casinos and have had issues in the past with verification, but they were always handled promptly and efficiently. The response I received had nothing to do with the original question I asked, which was what can I do to resolve this? The AI bot told me that I could email in a picture of the front and back of my license for verification. The real human that ended up emailing me back, said nothing along those lines. I then emailed again today stating that they could pull my info from. sumsub as many of the other social casinos have that option. It would make things easier for both me and them. Now my money is just sitting there and no one is helping me with this. I will update this and hope it will be positive.
Been waiting on redemption for a week now, no reply from support. My redemption hasn't progressed any at all. Still allows me to cancel it after a week of waiting. Pfft
I tried to verify my account so I could redeem what I had won they told me yesterday that at first they could not verify my identity my account after I sent them a selfie a picture of my ID front and back and try to redeem my money this morning I went on there my account is closed this is a very false and fake app I recommend you do not do not download this app or try to play on it because they will get you out of your money they will not pay you they will close your account when you try to redeem your money they are fake they need to be sued and they need to be taken off period they are not good I play a lot of casinos this is one of the worst ones it started out good I was winning I was doing good but when it came time to get my money they closed my account and I don't even want the money I tried to redeem no more I just want everybody to know do not play on this site do not put your money on it because you will not get paid if you win and you will win but you will not get paid I try to get my account verified and everything the right way and they close my account because I want a little bit of money that tells me this is a very false and fake casino my family who has it have deleted their accounts to be completely off of their phone and I have been paying for a long time my prize real prize are very good ones there's a lot of good ones out there this one is not

I believe this company to be a scam. If you look at the address they placed on Trust Pilot, which is underneath the reviews, they put 16192 Coastal Highway Lewes, Sussex, 19958, United States. However, Sussex is not a state in the United States. The state would be Delaware--DE. How do you mess that up, especially if you actually live in the United States? Also, if you look the address up on Google/Google Earth, you can view the actual building and it says that it is a business called Interlocking Pavers.
Stay far away from this casino! I've had problems getting verified. They keep requesting the same documents over and over. When I finally had enough sweeps coins played through that satisfied their minimum requirement, I redeemed them and received an email stating my redemption was successful. Weeks passed and I contacted support, which is a waste of time as they are awful, and they informed me that they have no record of my redemption attempt. Also, in the meantime, Lucky Stake doubled the minimum requirement to redeem sweeps coins. Their daily bonus, by the way, is quite stingy as well. Stay far away. Save your money and your precious time.
What can I say, Your personal information is not protected here. NOT ONLY did they cancel my account without proper verification they gave out information on the individual that was impersonating myself. So either way, if you are in the wrong or in the right and someone is phishing for information your PPI is not safe here. They should be fined out the ass and then fined some more for improper training- After all the experience I was sharing the agent ended with a smiley face... What douchebags....
I started an account with lucky stake and put down like $20 and within no time hit a nice bonus round on a high RTP slot for $340. Very nice! Redemption went through smoothly, took maybe 3-4 days which is acceptable for a 1st redemption. All sites process your 2nd and 3rd etc much faster than the first. Hi I'm victor v, I have issues with my account verification process. They only have an AI named Emma that is useless and only cares about good reviews on trustpilot can't even get me any results for my account processing forever now. The site only works certain times then has many error codes messages, all I wanted was to take out my 200$ that feels unrealistic. (Update) It's cashed out yet it hasn't hit my account I think it got sent to a wrong person

Avoid the platform at all cost. I use almost all the major sites and apps for slots, this one is by far the worst. I had an incredible first experience with this company. I started with 0.60 of daily bonus cash and I turned that into over $400 in a couple hours! Did not receive items on package that I purchased. Go to their "24,/7" support multiple times and get no response at all. Always has Emma listed as support representative. Played on this platform form for months and have won nothing. Avoid.
Update: I did receive my redemption a week later so I did up the stars to 3. Customer service still sucks. Thank you for paying me bc baby needed shoes ha but seriously 😬
Ok so first off, the customer service is terrible! Emma has yet to respond to me-- Idk who "Emma" is but she needs to be fired; if it's a bot, they need a new model. I've also emailed them, tried to teach them via social media with NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER. Secondly, I've been trying to redeem $300 for 4 days now. I've asked and asked about the status of my redemption and, as mentioned previously, no reply.
They need to be shut down if this is how they're going to conduct business!
Horrible company. They have no issues taking your money but when you actually win something they will refuse to verify your account and eventually close your account. Stay far away and play for a reputable sweepstakes casino. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY HERE.
