It was a great experience

It was a great experience. I especially enjoyed the convenience of going directly to the check point and avoiding boarding pass and check luggage. Arriving and returning on my travels. The freedom of no luggage during travel was awesome. I will certainly use the service again in the future and I highly recommend it.

Way cheaper than I expected it was more than 50% lower through lugless compared to other direct shipping options. My two 75 lb boxes arrived on time to my new apartment in another state and delivered to my door too. Amazing overall so I decided I should give my honest review.

Excellent, very responsive company! I had a piece of luggage sent from Hawaii back to the states. They picked it up on a Thursday and it was at my front door by noon the next day! It’s a great service!

Disappointed with my missing package

had a very disappointing experience with LugLess. My bag was lost by FedEx during transit, and it has been over 15 days with no resolution. The bag contained valuable personal belongings worth several thousand dollars, but I am only being offered $600 based on the coverage I selected. While I understand the coverage limits, I expected much better support and effort in locating my missing bag. The lack of updates and the lengthy delay have been extremely stressful. They didn’t even give us the FedEx investigation tracking id.I will not recommend this careless service to the people
