I have been waiting for my order for…
I have been waiting for my order for almost 30 days. I have been told that my order is coming and I have yet to receive it. Then they had to nerve to try and charge me for another order before me even getting the first one. They are one of the worst companies I have tried.

Trial sizes were small (I know), which was a little disappointing considering the price was more than some other sample programs. There’s nothing wrong with the products, but the prices for the full sizes are high-end prices for cleanser, moisturizer (etc) that could be found for much cheaper everywhere else.

I’m happy with the experience but missing products are concerning
I’m happy with the experience. My feedback is around the product. I was a big fan of the Fave Toner as well as the SPF moisturizer to protect my face. Now I have to buy a separate toner product and a separate SPF sun protection from other vendors aside from my Lumin. I am currently looking at my options with other companies that can fill my facial routine needs and save me money.

Firstly, I was surprised to receive the trial kit. When I made the payment for the posting in my mind I concluded it is one of this cheap scammers online. But surprisingly the sample set arrived at my door step. Sceptically I went about applying it like the instructions stated, surprisingly within one week I noticed that the dark patches around by eyes are fading away and my face getting smoother. It wasn’t a toning experience but something unexplainable is taking place.
The product is awesome
