I had a problem with a skincare product and could not get anyone to contact me back! I had an allergic as my facial skin turned red and hot! I was able to self medicate and was very nauseous through the night!

I have not received I’m not sure if this is a scam I’ve used the tracking number that you gave me on Royal mail website and they said your item has been delivered back to Lumin.

I just barely received my Lumin, I was very happy to get it, I’ve ordered other products and I never get anything. I’m still trying to collect from these companies!!! I can’t tell you anything about Lumin because I don’t know whether it’s going to work or not!!!

Horrible experience! Would not recommend. Buyer beware, Google “how hard is it to cancel Lumin” I’m not the only one and expect a Class Action Lawsuit. They know what they are doing by making it so hard to cancel.

So I haven't even made another order with them but they have taken another £78 out of my bank account without my say so..... Do not buy this it is a scam you can't cancel, if you try they will charge you for cancelling when you haven't even made an order.
