I need to return this product I requested shipping address No one never responded

Never got my free trial though I paid to ship it. Tracking info hasn’t changed in over a week. Support said to keep waiting so I canceled the subscription for now that they auto-enroll me in and I will see what happens. Nov 7 Update: they sent a "free replacement" to my "free trial" except this time it arrived with leaky products and questionable gunky stuff on the products. They're sending another "free replacement", but I should point out they have no phone number and only do chat M-F during the day. No weekend support.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lumin. I canceled my subscription, but for some reason it wasn’t actually canceled. I decided to let that go, but when an automated order was placed, I immediately received a notification and contacted your customer service right away to cancel the order. However, they refused to cancel it and told me that I would have to wait until the product was dispatched, receive it, and then return it — at my own expense. This policy is completely unreasonable, especially since I reached out before the order was even processed. Now I’ve received the product, and I can’t even figure out how to return it. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and more flexibility, especially for loyal customers who are trying to resolve issues promptly.

I actually created a video for those that don't believe. I've had new growth in just 4 DAYS. THE HEALTHIER PARTS OF MY SCALP IS GROWING QUICKER. While my areas of my scalp that have issues ARE growing, a little slower. I can measure the growth easily after relaxing my hair about 6 weeks ago. I've tried minoxidil, herbals like essence of Didi and Botana Oil. 🙏🏾I'll check back with you all in 7 days, I'm giddy in my anticipation.
