Do not use Lumin. If you ever have any issues with them, they will actively avoid the question and not resolved the matter. They also outright ignore their Australian obligations e.g. privacy act request for information etc. I have been trying to resolve a matter with them for over six months and just been getting the ring around. I have even contacted the parent company which the email is completely ignored. They also have no phone support to resolve matters and rely purely on email. The products are alright, but are a little pricey for what you get. I have tried other skin products with other competitors and they do seem to have better quality for a cheaper price.

Warning: Buyer Beware! I ordered from Lumin on 11/26 and cancelled within 2 hours, well within their 24-hour cancellation policy. Yet, as of 12/4, I have not received my refund. They first said the order couldn’t be refunded. After my follow-ups, they claimed my refund was “escalated for Management Approval,” and later said the order was already in transit. All false and misleading. I am still waiting for my full refund according to their policy and have filed complaints with the BBB, CFPB, and FTC. Consumers should be extremely cautious — Lumin’s practices appear designed to delay or avoid refunds, and their communication is inconsistent and deceptive.

Lumin has great products that can help with a slew of things, from general face care to more specific target areas. They've got things to treat all kinds of skin and the quality is there to match. Personally, my routine includes the charcoal face wash, daily face moisturizer, dark circle defense balm, and wrinkle defense serum. Each step makes my face feel better than the last and helps me start my day refreshed and finish the day ready to relax.

I absolutely love Lumin. I was a guy who never really thought about skincare until I saw offers for the trial and I've never looked back. Since then I've bought pretty much all of their products and love them. My only slight criticism is on their new Shampoo bar, which is great but does dry out the hair a little too much, the other older bottles were much better. Products are great. I’ve been using about six of their products regularly, and I even make my own mixes with them. It’s been a couple of years now and I’ve had absolutely no complaints. Quality has been consistent and reliable.

Saw these products' online, decided to get a sample kit, I found the products' very good quality. Over time, I purchased a subscription of the samples', and im glad I am now a subscriber, between these products' and Dermalogica my skin looks great.

This. Company is crazy I spent 120 on this gummy’s and October 1 and now it’s November 28 and I hadn’t received my product. I sent the confirmation number that still say they haven’t received it so watch yourself with this company. I just want to take your money and don’t give you your merchandise.

I was a Lumin subscriber for about five years, and during most of that time, my experience was very positive. Customer support was always responsive, the promotions were attractive, and the convenience of the subscription made things easy. When the website was redesigned a while back, I thought it was a great improvement — order history, product details, everything felt clearer and more user-friendly. Unfortunately, things changed this summer (2025). Lumin implemented several decisions that significantly affected the customer experience: -a dramatic price increase (over 50%), -the removal of what had been presented to me as a “lifetime” promotional gift, -and the removal of email reminders for upcoming orders, which had made subscription management much easier. Some of these changes were communicated, but not all of them, not clearly anyway, and they altered the trust and transparency that had kept me subscribed for so long. I don’t like the new direction the company is taking, so I ended up canceling my subscription and will now purchase skincare locally — which also reduces my carbon footprint. The products are still good, and customer service has always been helpful, but the new prices and subscription model have become less customer-friendly over time. I wouldn’t be surprised if more long-term customers consider canceling their subscriptions.

I bought the Lumin LED eye mask a couple of months ago. Along with the purchase came 2 skincare products. I have found both to be brilliant. I noticed a difference around my eye area in the first week! I’ve continued to use the products daily & I love them! The dark circle defence balm is a great product. It’s very refreshing and you can notice a visible difference when you put it on. Overall, it has been and continues to be a great experience & one that I would recommend
