Lumin products are easy to order with quick delivery in secure packaging. The range comes in stylish packaging and is reasonably priced. The moisturisers are light and easy to apply. The dragon eye gel has super ingredients and feels good under your eyes. The red light mask provides 3 mins of daily wellbeing. The shampoo bar lathers up quickly and smells great. Thoroughly recommend adding Lumin to your daily skin care routine. Their customer service is excellent!

Lumin is the worst type of company. They hide their customer support "team" behind an AI chatbot and have an extremely poor customer site experience. They value dark design tactics---making it difficult to understand what you're paying for, hiding fees, making you go through several hoops to cancel or resolve and issue. When you try to make a one time purchase, they use manipulative tactics to automatically sign customers into automatic subscriptions without any notice or opting in. And when these issues are reported, they don't respond with any real solutions. They take no accountability and do not provide refunds when errors are made. They are an overpriced trash company! Don't waste your money!

been a customer for few years now. their extra strength moisturiser was only thing to work for my over dry sensitive skin. and now they stop that AND the redness corrector. basically whole lot I use. £153 every 6 months for their basic version? no thanks.. looks like this is the end for me and now back to boots instead and having to cope with dry flaking skin again as the basic one i tried from lumen i had a burning sensation.

I really like their dark circle defense, I think it works really well. Usually a little pricey, but got on sale at Christmas for half off! Had an issue with some product/container and they were super quick to send me new ones. And they gave me a discount on my next purchase as well to make up for it! Very satisfied.

I was offered a free trial just pay postage fine,but I would then have to subscribe and they would send the product in 14 days if I have had time to try it or not. I know I can cancel but if forget or I am away I still get it if I want it or not.Why can’t I just try it and buy it if I want it

I purchased three number products and because I thought that the price was at the higher end Lumin would be much better, that other lower cost products . Products I purchased , extra strength moisture and daily face moisture, having tried both for a number of weeks I am disappointed as they are no better than products I can purchase for less than half the price. Another product I purchased was dark circle corrector a new first time product so not able to compare to others on the market . My opinion on the Instant Dark Circle Corrector is not fit for purpose for me. Overall in my opinion the three products I purchased were just very average and over priced.

I’ve officially switched over to Lumin as my go to, daily moisturizer. The packaging makes it easy to use the amount you need and the price comparison is undeniable. After about a month I saw visible results in reduced redness too!

Purchased the Luminator eye mask for myself on sale and I adore it! It’s quite pricey, so I waited for it to go down in price before buying and got it at 50% off. Excellent item and the red led really penetrates to help boost collagen and reduce puffiness. I’m mainly writing to see if Lumin will consider making one for the whole face, as I feel this doesn’t just benefit men but women too. There are many led face masks out there but because I know it works, to have one that covers the whole face and potentially neck area would be so worth while and a serious market contender..
