Highly recommend Lumin, I’ve been using their products for some time now. Every product I’ve bought has been great, I especially like the daily moisturiser and the charcoal face wash. Customer service is also excellent. Delivery was quick.

have now been using lumin for a yr now i am 72 and my skin is firmer and looks amazing and feels silky even my wife noticed 😳 customer service is first class keep up the good work guys 😎👍🕺

Been waiting for tracking number for…
Been waiting for tracking number for weeks? They responded to a email finally. Stated the package was being processed and shipped. Gave a website for tracking packages. But no tracking number? I used my email address to track. Package is being prepared? 3weeks as of today. Package is waiting for carrier pickup? Impossible to get customer support to do anything but lie.
The carrier has picked up my package! And dropped at the wearhouse? To prepare it for delivery? No tracking number or a date for delivery? Just a pointless email of stall tactics and lies. If they wanted to resolve this issue. They would send me what I paid for. That reply comment from lumin is shady at best. You cannot get a live agent with lumin. Only emails with false promises of professionalism. This company is criminal

I cannot give enough praise to the employee , Rachel , who dealt with my request to cancel a subscription and obtain a refund!
I was expecting a battle but was overwhelmed by the degree of understanding and professionalism I received.
I was blown away by the speed at which I was refunded. I lodged my returns at an Everi collection point at 15:06 and received notification of my refund at 16:22!
First class every step of the way.

On March 1st, I ordered the Silicon Scar Stick. On March 15th I tried to track my order but got the message that my order "couldn't be found". I sent 2 messages through the web page asking for help locating my package. No reply. I, however, keep getting product emails sent to my email address, so I sent a message through customer service asking for a refund because I never received my product. No reply. Then I sent a message through FB messenger. No reply.

Not the best customer support, not being able to reach them! they said my item was delivered but it wasn’t delivered to the right place so it ended up being stolen and I spent close to $100 on the item and I was left with nothing
