I been using Lumin products for years…
I been using Lumin products for years and I definitely seen results in my skin care routine. I have seen some of my wrinkles go away and Lumin helps me keep my face looking clean and fresh. From the daily moisturizer. Facial charcoal wash, face mask, bags be gone eye patch it works just had to be consistent.

I would not even want to give 1 star because the do not return my refund they have said they did refund me but with no evidence of the day or time and I constantly have to email them as they do not provide info and have not refunded me DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMpANY especially if you are from the UK as they will scam you into taking monthly payments without you knowing

Good products, service lives up to its promises, and I have always found the staff to be helpful if ever I needed any adjustments. Delivery service did exactly what it said it would, when it said it would. Overall, very happy.

I ordered a subscription when I want to cancel I couldn't find them I sent several emails no response after contacting my bank then they answered they said send them my order no#You would think that they should have a order no# I won't order anything else from them

Absolutely scammer.
Absolutely scammers. Never accept any “free trial” where they only ask you to pay for delivery. Once you agree, they take your card details and sign you up for a subscription, leaving you paying around £70 for a terrible product. I tried to cancel the order immediately, but they told me it couldn’t be cancelled. If you want to return the product, they make deductions from your refund, and you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. And who knows whether you’ll even get your money back. Absolute scam and a terrible company. The free trial offer does not enroll customers into a recurring subscription, and it has not disclosed during both sign-up and checkout. Don’t understand even if you were honest why don’t you cancel the order immediately when I requested and you said we can’t cancel the order .. just because you are scamming people out. Absolutely disgusting I’m disputing the money and I’ll get my full money back

I always check skincare ingredients…
I always check skincare ingredients which was why I got a samples set in the first place. The micro packaging is super cute and great a testers plus the samples lasted a long time as you don’t need much of each product to see the results. The charcoal face wash is my favourite so far, it reduces my visible pores entirely and calms redness and it’s gentle enough to use twice daily. The daily moisturiser feels great to apply, super light and no tackiness. The eye defence serum works really well for me and feels a bit sticky if you use too much, again for all of these a little goes a long way. All products smell great too and I can’t find other products with the same ingredients and equivalent products with high quality ingredients/benefits/reputation are way more expensive than lumin.

I simply ordered a trial which i was…
I simply ordered a trial which i was happy to pay delivery for. I did not agree to a auto subscription, nor was I notified I was being setup for this. Fast forward within a about 2 weeks I have been charged full price for the products, no notification to say they were processing it, just straight to its done and you have been charged. It took me a while to navigate to the option to cancel the subscription which I never signed up to, and the I even emailed them to cancel my order before sending it out and they did not even respond. So I have had to raise this with my bank now. So be warned of the unethical way you get trapped into a subscription if you decide to order anything.

SCAM?
Ordered the trial skin care products and just paid £6 for delivery - reasonable. Then a few days later I receive a box full of the full sized products and they have taken £81.23 out of my account. The products were delivered by Royal Mail with tracking (showing delivered) but my luminskin.com account still says the items have not arrived. This makes it impossible to return them for a refund - I have emailed Luminskin with no reply days later, it seems this is a scam and by not updating their delivered status in the account, you can not get a refund.

This was the worst product ever tried
This was the worst product ever tried. This product seems to be imported from china and selling it off here with an exorbitant price point. Signing up their trial product forces you to take the subscription and they say that it is written in fine print. Please refarin to buy this product and stay away from this website.
