The item is incredibly cheaply made, terrible quality and looks nothing like the photo shown. I wanted to return, but they make it very difficult and the cost to return the item is more than I paid. It's a garbage product and a scam.

I love the trousers, but when I ordered a 2nd pair same size in another colour. They were too small. I did not want to return as receiving them took a few weeks to arrive.
CHINESE SCAM!!!
CHINESE SCAM!!! I google imaged their product photos and they were stolen from different shops. They're also taking money for products they don't have!! Before realizing that, I ordered two items from them. I hadn't heard from them for over 10 days so I contacted, and they replied the products were OUT OF ORDER! I asked them to cancel the order, and they stopped replying to my messages. I filed dispute on my credit card company, hope they'll take my money back...
Love my items .... but have a complaint on one item
Everything.... was easy to find and navigate through.... My complaint comes with the oversized coveralls the riveting came out of the bibs ..... on both sides ... they need to be double stiched or reinforced to be made stronger..... I waited to long to ask for a refund or exchange..... the material can't support the resistance, pressure of the wear and stress they rip out .... causing no support to hold the coveralls up ... I had one strap to hold the bibs up .....

I ordered a medium pair of overalls. I am 5 foot six and 142 pounds and found that the medium size fit very well with the exception that the pants were too long. I really like the color and I also really like how the material is easy to wash and dry. I own several pairs of overalls I purchased from amazon and the others are not easy to wash and that really makes it difficult. overall, this was a fantastic purchase and I’m quite pleased.

Great clothes very well made but they fail to tell you that returns are not an option as they have informed me you have to pay Shipping yourself. Not a problem then they tell you oh it normally cost 20 dollars a item to shop back overseas! They know this and refuse to disclose this which is fraud as far as I'm concerned 😟 tell me the truth don't wait for me to ask to make a return and offer me 50% of my money back! Fraud!@
More 'return to China' BS!
The mistake that I made was assuming that Madepants is an honourable enterprise. If the ordered item is not as advertised I should get a full refund including shipping. I ordered some pants in olive green. The received pants are at best pale to mid-green. I told their customer services and this is the response. 'We received a lot of customer feedback saying the color was too dark, so we made them a little lighter'. Clearly BS. The website has not been updated with the new colour. The best offer was a 50% refund. In the end they improved to 60% not including the shipping cost so effectively 50% of what I paid. I am sick of these companies using the 'return to China at your cost' BS. Buy from this company at your peril!
