BEWARE: I was really looking forward to receiving these overalls, but never did. I have yet to hear from either Madepants or the “third party shipper” GOFO Express that they use for delivery. My tracking number was updated as delivered, but the proof of delivery pictures show an address that is not mine. At this point I’ve waited nearly two weeks for the order, and now can’t get a response at all about any refund, replacement, or even basic assistance. I’ve tried multiple methods as suggested on the website and nothing has worked. What a disappointment. Lousy customer service that is starting to feel a lot like a scam.
There were no photos of the back of the overalls. It said there is no elasticity but are you able to bend down comfortably? There was only one recent review. The rest are from a year or more ago. The color looked different from the pictures posted by reviewers. I am optimistic and hope they look the same as the website.

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the fabric and the style of the pants. I do think that the sizing needs to be recalibrated. In the US I'm a 36/38 and with your sizing I need a size 40. Other than that I like the pants that I ordered and I wear them regularly!
Product is fine. The denim is nice but the camel is nothing like the photo on their website or social media. It's much darker, more like a medium brown. Aside from the quality, the biggest problem is returns. If you order multiple sizes or colors to try, returns are made impossible by the seller who is located in China. They ask you to pay shipping as well as any customs duties for Returns which they say may be around $USD 20-30 per item. They reserve the right to reject the return on arrival if the customs duty is not paid. However, as the sender, I cannot actually prepay, authorize, or control customs duties assessed by Chinese customs after shipment. So they want me to pay for tracking shipping and just cross my fingers. So even if this request was reasonable, which it is not, it's actually not even possible. I will be disputing the charge with my bank to get a refund instead.
Madepants is extremely disappointing!!! The item I purchased had manufacturing defects and did not fit. They refused to refund me and told me that I was responsible for the shipping and customs costs for the return despite the defective item not being my fault at all. Further, they indicated that after receiving the item they would want to sell the item to another buyer despite it having manufacturing defects. Basically this means that you buy from them at your own peril and they carry no responsibility or accountability for the sale of the item. Certainly will not be buying from them again.

Great overalls, straight forward ordering. This is my second pair. I use for work. Very light and comfortable. True to size Only issue is shoulder straps need constant adjustment and I ordered army green, which faded in the first week and also has orange marks now when I dropped salad dressing on. This time I ordered khaki.
My Jean bibs just arrived and I am really impressed with the quality! The fit is perfect and I really cannot wait to wear them! I am so happy with the quality that I already placed another order for the sand colored duck work bibs. My only reason for four stars instead of five is that shipping takes a bit long unless you’re willing to pay $30, and I’m not.
I try to get in contact trough the whats app and never got an answer. So customer service was very slow or actuall not there.
The site makes you think products are EU origin but they come directly from China looking and being not as good as the images make you think. Feels betrayed. The return should be made with your own expense to China which obviously is quite expensive from European countries.
The sizes are small so I needed to exchange my purchase of overalls for a larger size. Madepants offered me an exchange to a larger size at 80%discount. So it still cost me over $20 for postage and 20%cost. If they offered free return mail, like many companies do, I would have exchanged the too small pair with a larger one, at no cost.
Thought I was being offered 50% discount.
