I placed an order but unfortunately ended up being out of stock, when I did hear from them they refunded it straight away and the second item they shipped but managed to intercept it before it was dispatched and refunded with no issues. Will order again and hopefully have the same experience

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My original order was lost during delivery, and despite the circumstances, I had to wait nearly a month before Magic John replaced the items. After finally receiving my replacement, I installed the screen protector, and within about a week my phone was accidentally dropped from approximately three feet onto the ground. The screen protector cracked immediately. Considering the extensive marketing and claims about how durable these screen protectors are, I expected significantly better performance. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the advertised quality, and I feel the product failed to provide the level of protection that was promised.

one of the 2-pack glass got a chip on the side, their customer service honored 180-day warranty and sent me a replacement. To be honest, their screen glass protectors looked superior than expensive ones in the market and they have good customer service too, easy to talk to and are very considerate.

I ordered the wrong item by mistake and after writing an email asking about sending it back they just offered sending me the right one without any additional costs and not even sending the other one back. From the advertisement, I got the impression that these were near indestructible. Mine took a fall from about 2 feet onto some gravel and did crack. It did save my iPhone screen, but from the advertisements, I saw it seemed that the protective cover should have survived this short fall. Regardless of this, the company has been very helpful with their customer service. They’ve been very responsive and thorough and comprehensive. This I do appreciate. They are sending me a replacement for the one that broke.

I have an iPhone 17 but accidentally ordered a set of 2 privacy screen protectors for iPhone 17 pro max, so I decided to test my luck asking for either an exchange or refund, but as it was my fault I would understand if nothing came if it. Instead in the end I spoke with customer service who informed me that they understand that accidents happen, and that they would send the correct version FOR FREE. With no need to send the wrong version back to them. Absolute legends, they were so generous and also so so kind to me, we quickly resolved the issue with their stellar customer service. 10/5 - with the additional 5 points coming from a great product.

Very good customer service. I purchased screen protectors for me and my husband. I love the super easy application. After using it for over 2 months, I noticed a big scratch (not crack) on my screen. Since it was within the 180-day warranty, I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement right away. I was blown away by how prompt they are on responding. "I purchased the Magic Screen Protector for my Apple Watch Series 10. I make every effort to keep my watch looking new as I sell them when they are replaced. No scratches on the screen is a definite plus. The screen protector was easy to install, but after about a week, I noticed that one of the corners had a tear. I contacted customer service and sent pictures showing the damage. They were courteous and professional and are sending a complete new package replacement. I would recommend this product."

So I ordered a camera lens protector for my iPhone 17 pro max from magic john. I wanted their magnetic version and at total fault of my own I ordered a standard version not knowing they had more than one type. I just hit the link from the ad. Once I received my order I contacted MJ customer service and that's where the magic happened. The CS rep "Aly" not only sent me the correct item I wanted but also let me keep the original set that was sent to me!! So to say I was completely satisfied and made whole is an understatement. First class customer service all the way. In fact the only thing she asked of me was to leave this honest review. So this is me doing my part. Will def do business w Magic John again. This is a simple business 101 lesson. "The customer is always right... even when they are not". Anyway that's my true, factual, experience with magic john.
