My experience was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐...from Kevin to Cassie. My purchase was discounted for a blemish. Kevin sent me a picture...the urn was exactly what I wanted ( somehow the blemish was gone when it arrived) Cassie followed up with the accuracy of the engraving. We have our beautiful companion urn on display ....waiting for us..⚘
The urn itself is beautiful. However, under the clearcoat there are several VERY noticeable scratches on the copper finish. I didn't do this because all I did upon receiving the urn was unpacking it, transferring my Belle's ashes from the wooden box they were in, to the urn, then placing the nameplate on front.
The urn pedestals were absolutely beautiful and were exactly what I wanted. The quality and care taken during this purchase was top notch and my husband and I cried when we saw them the first time. So grateful to have gone with this company.
I can not say enough good things about Mainely Urns. From the moment I placed the order and had questions, I had someone in contact with me all the way through the process. They also have a very wide selection and it was easy to find several options and narrow the choice down. The urn vault we selected was beautiful and exquisitely engraved.
I ordered two of the grave markers. They came out beautiful. The customer service was extraordinary. And the turn around time was perfect!!
The perfect vessel for the best friend in the world.
Such a high quality and beautiful product. We were thrilled with this purchase.
I would highly recommend Mainely Urns to anyone looking for an Urn. They have so many choices to pick from and personalize the urn with name, date etc. The customer service department is very through to make sure everhting is correct on the product.
EXCELLENT customer service! Easy online ordering. Many beautiful urns to pick from. Quick email response with confirmation of the order with proof so that you know exactly how your wording/graphics will look. Great company to work with.
