I haven't mowed the grass in 2 years! Now I just have to pull out the string trimmer once a week to clean up some edges. I love this thing! Seriously great hardware. While setup took some time and had a steep learning curve, the mower and app work well probably 85% of the time. I don't have much tree cover, but trying to get the RTK antenna far enough away from the house is challenging. There are a few areas between my house and my neighbors' houses that the mower fairly regularly loses it's positioning and stops or mows with vision only which causes it to occasionally mow into my neighbor's yard or miss strips of grass. I have to babysit the mower near the street because it will occasionally fall off the curb. But when it's got good position which is most of the time, it's accuracy is incredible. Support has been fairly helpful, although it seems they more often than not want to blame a lot on the RTK antenna position. I think if they sold the solar panel for the RTK antenna in the US, most of my problems would be alleviated. Regardless, this is some of the best money I've spent.
So, let’s do this review in two parts. First, the mower itself. It’s outstanding. Cutting performance is excellent—adjusting the height is quick and easy, and once you’ve walked the edge of your lawn and marked no-go areas, you just press go and it gets on with the job. I have three separate lawn areas, and the mower handles them brilliantly once navigation channels are set up through gates and over concrete. You can send it off to do all three lawns in one go, leave it for the day, and come back to a perfectly cut result. Obstacle avoidance is impressive too: mine even works its way neatly around trampoline feet without them being marked as no-go areas. Setup without a boundary wire is straightforward if you follow the RTK and base station instructions. The app is excellent, frequently updated, and easy to use. The only real requirement is ensuring the RTK antenna has a clear line of sight to the satellites. I mounted mine slightly higher on a wall, which works really well. Connectivity is solid—the mower runs smoothly even under trees with no signal issues. For the price point, you expect premium results, and it delivers: the cut is consistent, the mower is reliable, and the technology is genuinely impressive. Like any robot mower, you’ll still need a strimmer for the very edges, but that’s expected. Now, the reason it’s not five stars: customer service. When I first got the mower, it developed a fault where it would power off unexpectedly. For a premium product, the support wasn’t quite at the same premium level. You start with live chat, and while the agents were responsive, the process was slow and at times hampered by language barriers. That said, the support team weren’t evasive—they worked through the issue, and in the end sent me a new battery. Once installed, the mower worked perfectly and has been flawless ever since. Finally, the Yuka 1000 is a brilliant piece of kit. It saves hours of manual mowing, delivers a great cut. I’m confident enough in it now that I’m planning to buy the sweeping kit to replicate the “freshly swept” look I used to get with my old petrol mower.
Lied about delivery date on website. Refused to cancel my order when I gave 'notice of cancellation' under the 'Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013' and provided an incorrect tracking number. Is it a scam? Good job I paid on my credit card! Update to respond to reply: Having no staff is not an excuse to fail to comply with UK law about cancelling an order, refusing to cancel delivery before it was delivered (after failing to provide an accurate delivery date) and then taking more than 2 weeks to refund me over £2000. You are the worst kind of online supplier; you deserve to go out of business.
Dear William Pedrick, We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced regarding your order. Due to a shortage of staff at that time, our responses were delayed. We are also very sorry for the incorrect tracking information you received earlier. This was a mistake on our side. We take this matter seriously, and we are working on improving our internal processes to ensure clearer and more timely communication moving forward. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
I had a very pleasant and helpful conversation with the customer services and they promised to look into the issue of a price difference after 2 weeks of buying a luba awd.
Had to talk to 2 people and an AI bot. Was told to submit video, but couldn’t anyhow due to file size limitation. But once it was all sorted out a new part is coming my way for a fix.
My luba2 has a warranty issue as many others as you can see on reddit. The batterie charges only up to 25% after one year of use. The batterie is ok, the power adapter is the problem. The company knows that but has not enough replacement of this adapter. Before they shipped anything they asked me to leave a 5-stars review. That was 8 days ago. I still have no replacement and no delivery track number. For such an expensive tool the service is super bad! Can‘t recommend to buy it!!! By the way I‘m waiting now 1 month for the device. I sincerely can‘t recommend to buy anything from this company! Update: I‘m waiting since two months. No delivery date in sight…
Hello Andrea Hässig, We sincerely apologize for the delay with your replacement. Due to a temporary shortage in our warehouse, we were unable to ship the adapter immediately. We fully understand how frustrating this must be and are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please rest assured that we are actively arranging stock and will ship your replacement as soon as possible. We kindly ask for your patience and hope you can give us the opportunity to make this right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for your understanding.
I’m beyond frustrated with Mammotion’s so-called repair service. After my LUBA AWD 5000 threw Error 115, I contacted support expecting a proper fix or a new replacement. Instead, I was offered a refurbished LUBA 2 AWD 5000—not a new unit, and definitely not a repair. It took days of emails and chats just to get that offer. I had to push for options before they even mentioned the refurbished unit. And despite all the delays, they refused to extend the warranty, saying the replacement would only be covered under the original terms. That’s unacceptable when you’ve already lost time and confidence in the product. Now here’s the kicker: after agreeing to the refurbished LUBA 2 AWD 5000, they told me they have no idea when it will ship. Seriously? After all this, they can’t even give a timeline? And just when I thought it couldn’t get more confusing, they suddenly say they now have a refurbished LUBA AWD 5000 in stock and ready to ship. So now I’m stuck choosing between: A refurbished LUBA 2 AWD 5000 with no ship date, or A refurbished LUBA AWD 5000 that’s ready to ship, but not the upgraded model they initially offered. No warranty extension. No clear communication. No accountability. If you’re considering Mammotion, think twice. Their support is slow, their repair process is vague, and their customer care is nonexistent. You pay for a premium product and end up with a refurbished mystery box and a lot of waiting. UPDATE: After posting this, Mammotion jumped into action and shipped me a refurbished LUBA 2 AWD 10000. They also extended my warranty by one extra month, which was set to expire at the end of this month. I appreciate the gesture—just wish they had done this sooner. LUBA is a great lawn mower when it works and doesn’t get stuck or stops working.
Dear Mike, We are truly sorry for the issues you’ve experienced with your LUBA AWD 5000 and for the frustration caused during the warranty process. We understand how important clear communication and timely service are, and we will make every effort to speed up the handling of warranty cases moving forward. To ease your concerns, please don’t worry—we will provide you with an additional 1-month warranty extension on your replacement unit. Could you kindly share its device number of the replacement with us? This will help us verify and register the extension for you. Please rest assured that all of our refurbished units undergo full inspection and testing to ensure they are in proper working condition before shipping. We sincerely appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.

I own the 3000x and am largely satisfied with it. One must keep in mind that every lawn is highly individual and comes with its own challenges that need to be addressed first — including particularly tricky edges or steep slopes. The support team responds promptly to inquiries and issues, and if something special needs to be programmed, they also take care of that. You receive updates within the support tickets and are regularly informed about the progress. The translation into German works exceptionally well. I hope I am just as understandable to them as I find their communication clear and easy to follow. You shouldn’t expect a completely finished, final product that works perfectly in every case. However, for most lawns — especially large areas with few obstacles — the mower produces an absolutely clean and tidy result. For the price, it’s unbeatable! Because the support team responds quickly and takes problems seriously, I feel well taken care of. Delivery was prompt, and the package was comprehensively equipped.
When the robot is running, it's a dream to watch it, but you have to be technically savvy to be able to use the system, as it is very complex.
I like the lawn mowing was done by itself, but it takes me sometimes to how to operate it well without leaving thatches on the ground. Currently I am having charging issue but customer service is helping me so I expect to this issue to be resolved soon
We got the lawn mower yuka mini 800. It does its job quite good, mowing works fine. There is a gap to the sides of the mowing area, which is the case for most of the mowers. In our case the yuka mini often gets stucked in the bark mulch, which forces us to keep an even larger distance to some sides. Sometimes the mower just stops without a visible reason and you need to manually recover it. Also the front wheels need to be cleaned and also need some oil in order for the mower to work correctly. Also with those "negative" observations, in general it works pretty well. Customer support is available and you get an answer within a short time, which helps a lot.
The customer service is great. The robot hardware is exceptional. The software has issues and leads to user interaction more than I would like, but they are actively updating the robots.
Great value for money. The Yuka is a good mower and the Live Chat is a strong selling point. Only sometimes the accuracy seems a bit disappointing.
There is nothing good to be said - in my opinion - about my Luba 2 AWD. Website said it was in stock when, in fact, was not. Arrived a month late. Promised extra blades for the inconvenience - never delivered. I find the instructions, phone / tablet programming interface almost indecipherable. After last "Update" machine often stops ~10 ft from home station. Now I find the cutting disc is a consumable. At every turn, Mammotion has been a disappointment. On the plus side, they were very prompt telling me the cutting disc was not under warranty for my 2 month old machine.
Dear Customer We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the logistics issue with your order. Due to a recent surge in order volume, there was an unexpected delay in shipping, and we deeply regret the impact this has had on your experience. Regarding the promised extra blades, rest assured, we are committed to fulfilling this promise and will notify our team to process the delivery as soon as possible. Could you kindly provide your order information so we can assist you further and ensure the issue is resolved promptly? We also understand your concerns regarding the cutting disc and would like to clarify that parts such as the decorative parts, cutting blades, tires, cutting discs, charging cables, grass collection bags, and rotating brushes are classified as consumables. However, if the issue with the cutting disc is due to a material or manufacturing defect, Mammotion will replace it free of charge within 30 days from purchase. Please let us know your order details, and we’ll arrange for our technical team to assist with any issues you may be facing. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make things right. We look forward to resolving this matter to your satisfaction.
Quick to get back to me but all communication is via chat and this is very frustrating as I feel a call would resolve my issue in no time at all
Fast response, unfortunately no final solution right now
