Needed some hood hinge struts for my ‘66 Nova. Car came with non-March billet hinges and the struts were junk. Was able to find exactly what I needed so I could retain hinges. March Performance struts are very high quality and a great valve. Shipping was quick. Thank you March for saving my sanity. And my hinges.

The kit looks great. Installed on an ATK 360 Magnum crate motor in a 1952 Dodge B3B truck. More detailed instructions would make life easier during install. Missing several spacers and the counter sink on two brackets appear to be on the wrong side.

The issue was the alternator sent had a "V" grove pulley on it, seems to me they would have just installed the correct pulley for the system. The PS pulley would not set true on the shaft. I ended up taking it to a shop and paying $50.00 to have it removed and shaft and key buffed up and re-installed. I had to buy 2 new belts in order to get the correct belt without "squeal" They seemed to wanted to help, but I ended up paying more to get things right. UPDATE: They reached out to me and corrected the issue and generously credited me. Great outcome!!!

Nothing but problems. Definitely not a simple as just bolt on. First the pulleys did not fit on the shafts. I assume this was because the holes weren't masked and clear coating made them under size. Then the harmonic damper pulley stuck out an 1/8 more then it should. I got all that fixed and then the tensioner says use the bottom set of holes but move it up if you need it tighter but the pulley on the tensioner hits the bracket and so it only fits in the bottom holes. They do look pretty though.
