The guys on the phone were great at answering my questions and getting things ordered. The returns were a bit more difficult. I had to ask for the return documentation more than once but I did get it. Once I sent the part back my money was promptly refunded.

Ordering was easy. Had to call as to why my product had not shipped after 10 days and was told my information did not match my card. So I called and we went over my info and everything was correct and in 10 minutes I received an email that the product was shipping. Someone should have called a lot earlier on this issue. Product then took a week to get here to Ohio.

Purchased complete March serpentine pulley kit from summit Racing had bad defects in clear coating and missing alternator adjustment rod, So I contacted Summit Racing they sent me a replacement pulley. Waited 4 days for the replacement, It had yellowish color. So contacted Summit Racing they made me return the complete pulley kit to them. had to wait another 3 weeks. Received new kit around 2 weeks later, the next kit had defects in one pulley so had to wait for replacement pulley. Had to wait around 2 weeks again. Although the waiting was very frustrating, I did purchase the AC compressor - power steering pump and alternator. I had purchased the same kit for my 1962 nova and had zero issues whatsoever with the first kit. But I will say,Customer Service was always very respectful and helpful every time I reached out to them. I would recommend March Performance products. I give Five stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ for awesome customer relations! My truck looks great. Thank you March Performance!

I ordered the wrong alternator and had to send back and exchange for the right hand mount. Everything went well during the exchange and the correct one is on my classic and operating properly.

Seems like quality stuff, only issue was had to modify the spacer for alternator pulley, comes with 2 one is to thin and one is too thick, had to modify the thick one and shave a few 1/16ths of an inch off it so the pulley would center correctly onto the alternator. Other than having to make the spacer work the everything else was fine

The pulleys fit, look great and the price was fair. Getting pulleys for a 1967 Oldsmobile 88 big block was not easy. Tech support was knowledgeable and walked me through the process. Good job!

I ordered a serpentine kit and brackets. The alternator bracket didnt fit and the ps bracket was wrong. I sent them an email wanting to know what the next step was. Not looking for a refund, but a solution. Never got a single response.
