The 1st time i bought a bag it had stains in the interior, customer service was nice to allow me to return and refund. Their professionalism was superb. My 2nd order for another bag was unfortunately out of stock after i placed the order. What amazed me was their constant update on the bag status. I was hoping my 3rd order would not have any glitch. I really appreciate it when someone called to update on the bag's condition.
