I appreciate that I can check my account and the website layout is easy to navigate. I was approved without perfect credit. They raised my credit limit and I didn't even have to ask.

The purchase experience went okay but…
The purchase experience went okay but will be a long time before they rebuild my confidence in them. The legal department failed to support me in a claim of being double billed and took to long responding for me to deal with the merchant myself. Too long a story to go into detail but I came close to closing this account because of their failure
