Worthless service. Cancelled my 2 cars, one in miami, and one in denver, 8 days ago, which took for ever! Really hours and hours! No money back yet..... And now I get a email, my car id ready for pick up. What a joke this business! I am talking about Viajemos, your other company

The car rental itself was perfect, I did not have any problem. Stefanie was very helpful and kind, simulated several options for us in the rental of a car for 22 days, until finding the perfect solution for us. The ETravel Assist, travel insurance company was very good too. My husband had a health problem twice in this trip and the attendance of this company was very helpful. They found the Health Care for us, paid directly to them and reimbursed the value that we spent with medicine in the pharmacy. Nothing to complain, it was everything perfect. Next time I will use this agency again for car rental and Health Travel assistance.
