Happy with New Customer Trainings

Nayara has been such a big help! My new customer trainings with her have been essential to my successful onboarding with Mindbody. For anyone who works a lot, having that 1:1 time with someone to walk through the steps with is so much more helpful than trying to fit a bunch of videos and tutorials into a tight schedule.

Ricardo was fantastic to work with…

Ricardo was fantastic to work with during our Mindbody onboarding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and walked us through every step of the setup clearly — from configuring our booking flow to answering our payment system questions. He made what could have been a confusing process feel simple and manageable, and he was always quick to respond whenever we ran into a hiccup. It's clear he genuinely cares about getting clients set up for success, not just checking boxes. Highly recommend Ricardo to anyone getting started with Mindbody — he made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Worst platform to use for a small…

Worst platform to use for a small to medium business without an IT and accounting department. Too time consuming and complicated to run. The worst part is that they use questionable tactics to retain customers and even though I gave them a month’s notice to cancel, they took another extra months payment from me on a technicality and did not cancel my contract despite having my written confirmation of my request to cancel. As long as they were trying to keep me as a customer, their sales agent Charles was offering various options and discounts but as soon as he realised that I will not be staying, he insisted on taking another months full payment from me even though it was a complete miscommunication on their part. I would not recommend this company to other businesses like mine and advise to be careful of their contracts and process of handling cancellations. They kept on sending emails asking if my issue has been resolved and that the case will be closed. To which I didn’t respond as it just sounded like a generic message. In fact they said that I should have emailed back and because I didn’t, they cancelled my request to cancel. ***After I had already confirmed with them twice that I have decided to cancel***

My experience has been great so far

My experience has been great so far! I was hesitant to switch over platforms but Evan has been super helpful. I feel more at ease and ready to fully dive into MindBody because of the thoroughness and clarity of how to navigate the system! So thank you Evan and everybody at Mindbody :)

Very helpful

Very helpful, organized, and friendly. All my questions were answered in full and in a way such that I could go back and review if needed. I really like the series of multiple trainings that broke down tasks into bite sized pieces so I didn't feel overwhelmed or confused, but could focus just on a few tasks spread over multiple training sessions and learn each thing better/deeper. My training specialist was very helpful and clear. I feel like what could have been confusing and overwhelming became approachable and actionable. In all, the experience was ideal.

TAM Superstar

I'm part of a team which has been working with Mindbody TAM Nicole on an alignment project. Nicole has been nothing short of stellar with both knowledge and capacity to deal with a changing environment, providing our the the utmost support when needed and finding the path with least disruption for our business (even if it is more complicated for her). I couldn't commend Nicole enough for her efforts!

Quick and Easy Onboarding

Faith was super helpful and very thorough with onboarding. I made her aware that we had a short timeline to get onboarded and up and running, and she worked hard to be sure I was ready to go in less than 2 weeks! She asked me about the business and got all of the trainer/services information uploaded quickly, which saved me a lot of time and effort.
