CSM Fernando made a technical platform actually make sense

We had a one-time CSM session with Fernando to get up to speed on Mindbody's Marketing Suite, Lead Management, and Analytics 2.0 for our day spa in South Miami. One of the more useful support calls we've had with any vendor. We came in with a mixed bag, half planned agenda, half "hey, while we have you" problems: a broken shipping checkout on our online store, pixelated product images on mobile. Fernando tested our actual storefront live on the call instead of guessing, told us plainly what was his to fix versus what needed the support team, and committed to chasing those down himself. He also built a genuinely useful mental model of the platform as he went, how the lead pipeline should auto-advance contacts, how to structure smart lists so campaigns exclude people who already booked, how to save email templates instead of rebuilding them. When an analytics number looked off, he said so plainly and told us he'd verify it rather than improvising an explanation. If you get Fernando as your CSM, you're in good hands.

Mindbody in general is great. I was able to grasp the content from the coaching easily in such a short amount of time thanks to my onboarding specialist Wensley. He’s really knowledgeable when it comes to the software and simplifies the workarounds making the training sessions super easy. Such a great team

He was patient, professional, supportive, and took the time to explain the platform and answer my questions clearly.
