Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers truly praise the soft leather, excellent internal organization, and practical design of these stylish travel handbags. Many consumers appreciate the fast delivery times, helpful website navigation, and wonderful presentation boxes. Some reviewers were not happy with the product quality, mentioning that the material felt stiff or showed unexpected cracks after a very short time of use. A few other people also felt that the color did not match the online pictures or that orders arrived with missing items like shoulder straps. Despite these specific issues, buyers generally find the purses very useful for daily activities and trips.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. The bag was very heavy. Liked the style but heavy for long days walking
Dear customer, Thank you very much for your review, The weight of each bag is displayed on the product page. If you prefer a lighter bag, you can choose a lighter bag. Ordered one cross body bag and it was perfect in every way. Have since ordered two more. Beautiful bags. I'm always leary about ordering something directly from China, but they came within 10 days and the packaging is gorgeous.

I purchased the Naya small crossbody six months ago and it works perfect for me. The built in wallet is so convenient and you don't have the extra weight to carry around. My main disappointment is that the leather on the top part of the bag started peeling.
Dear customer, We are very sorry to hear about the issue, we can fully understand how your feeling is, please don't worry we are here to help you. Could you please send me a picture of the damaged bag that we can understand your problem more clearly? By the way, could you provide your name or order number so we can find your order? Looking forward to your reply and have a nice day! ^_^ Best Regards, Minooy Team
I wasn't sure whether to order the bag as it was expensive but checked the reviews on Trustpilot and decided to go ahead. I haven't been disappointed. The delivery time was very good, tracked all the way through the shop app. The packing was superb. It arrived in a sturdy box and inside was the bag in a lovely soft material bag which I will use to store it in when not using. The bag itself is definitely leather and made to a very high quality, as nice inside as out and the colour spot on, just what I'd ordered. The metal fittings look and are expensive and again sturdy and I can see this bag lasting me a lifetime. An excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I really like how the bag functions. It sure kept me safe on the metro in Paris. It holds so much for a small bag and is comfortable to wear. I wish I would have chosen a different color, because the leather looks fake. I dress very well and don't like carrying a bag that looks like plastic.
Dear customer, Thank you very much for leaving such a good and wonderful review, thank you for your support and trust to us, we are glad that you feel happy with the bags you received. All Minooy bags are made of top-grain cowhide. We have been constantly upgrading leather materials, hardware and craftsmanship. At the same time, we are also constantly improving the wear resistance of bags. We have changed the coating material, so it is a little different from before. Sorry for giving you a bad experience. We are sincerely apologize for the issue, very sorry for that. Thank you very much again for your support and trust！ Have a nice day!^_^
I bought the Naya Small Crossbody Bag from the Minooy website. It is NOT leather. I tested it by a variety of methods. I got it in January and now the vinyl coating is wearing off the trim around the corners of the purse. I love the style and would gladly purchase it again if it would be real leather. It is a crime that they sell this as real leather. This same purse in PU leather can be bought on Amazon for $20-30.
Hello, Thanks for your review. All Minooy bags are made from top-grain cowhide. Leather bags will experience varying degrees of wear and tear during use. No bag can claim to never wear out. You could protect your bag from sharp objects or keep it away from clothing that can easily scratch the bag during use. Minooy counterfeits are popping up lately. We have received feedback from many customers that they can buy similar Minooy bags at very low prices on online stores, but the quality is very poor, or even the goods are not the same as the pictures. Here, Minooy reminds everyone to buy genuine bags from Minooy's official channel when purchasing, and not to buy low-quality cheap bags from other channels. Minooy currently has ONLY ONE online store, please search https://www.minooy.com or click the URL https://www.minooy.com/collections/shop-all to browse product details. Have a nice day! ^_^

I found a small crossbody bag that suits my needs. It is smaller but I can still take the same amount of items as my bigger purse, including two pair of glasses. This is a convenient place for all my essentials. The customer service is so customer friendly and accommodating. They met my needs and I appreciate it so much.
