I love love my frame
I love love my frame. The hardest part was removing the tape off the sticky strip. Haha
Easy to order
Easy to order, thorough instructions and frame looks great. Only 1 little thing that made assembly annoying was trying to peel off the backing on the adhesives strips!! Almost gave up a couple of times!! But I guess that could be a me problem.

Easy to install! Beautiful addition to our bathroom
PROS & CONS
PROS: customer service, delivery time CONS: frame has fallen off mirror twice. Not sure this is a good fix for small bathrooms with moist air. Still to be determined whether the fix suggested by Mirrormate will work or whether I will get a refund because they don't work. Will update in Sept.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! Our frames are specifically designed for humid bathroom environments, and our 5-year warranty stands behind that. A few installation steps are key to ensuring the adhesive forms a lasting bond with the mirror, so we're confident the recommended solution will resolve the issue. Please keep us posted!

Thank you for your wonderful review! It's amazing how much the right frame can transform a space from builder-grade to beautiful, and we're so glad you loved the first one enough to come back for another!
No touch-up paint available
Had I written my review upon first receiving my product I would have given it a 4. It was an easy fix to a large mirror that I did not want to replace. I liked the look of the frame. It did crack in a corner when I was trying to put it together but it isn’t very noticeable. Fast forward 2 years…. My frame now has droplet shaped spots where the paint is missing. I use Windex to clean the glass which apparently ruins the paint. Weird, but okay. I reached out to customer service and requested to buy touch-up paint. The answer from Kim is they don’t sell any and I have to color match my own paint. Sorry, but if this is a known issue with your paint finish, then as a business you should provide a solution. Such as selling touch-up paint that’s an exact color match to the Hudson midnight steel. There is no way this finish can be color matched by an outside vendor. It’s has deep charcoal undertones and a brushed metallic finish. Which leads me to my 1 star rating since I’m left with an ugly spotted frame that I will now need to replace.
What an awesome product
What an awesome product. Their customer support team is amazing. They are very fast at getting back to you to answer your questions. Love it that they are a made in America company and will be furnishing all my bathroom mirrors with this product. Instructions for assembly are easy to follow and the corners are great. 5 stars isn’t enough!!!

Great product
Great product, shipped well, went together easily and perfectly. Installed simply, and in about 10 min.
Good quality and easy DIY.
Excellent frame and great experience start to finish
The samples made it easy to choose a frame style and taking the measurements was very straight forward. Ordering was simple and the frame was shipped in just a few days. The parts arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. The instructions were very easy to follow and total time from unpacking to fully installed was less than an hour. The frame looks great. We are having the shower re-tiled and the contractors complimented on how great the mirror looked- they thought I had removed the old builder quality mirror and replaced it with a brand new custom made mirror in one day. I plan to order another frame and have recommended Mirrormate to friends.
