Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently share that the website is user friendly and makes it simple to measure and order custom mirror frames. Many people appreciate the helpful instructions and note that putting the pieces together takes very little time. Consumers consistently praise the final look, explaining that these frames bring a wonderful and luxurious upgrade to plain mirrors. Some reviewers were not happy with certain assembly steps, mentioning that peeling off the backing on the adhesive strips can be quite annoying. Others also pointed out that the corner connectors or parts can occasionally be difficult to fit properly during setup.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Ordered and installed frame, I did not pay attention as I set it on the glass as it exposed the mirror. Contacted MirrorMate Frame and they sent me out new double back tape no questions asked. I am now ordering one for my master bathroom. Great product and customer service.
Loved the video on how to install. The result was wonderful!
Great product, great communication and great customer service team. Buy it!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you had a great experience with both our product and our customer service team. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we hope you enjoy your MirrorMate frame for years to come!

Customer service was amazing. Had damage to one of the frames. They responded so fast and with what they needed for the claim and had a new set of frames out within the week or less. The frames are so so beautiful!!!! I would highly recommend them.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're sorry your original frame arrived damaged, but we're so glad our team was able to get a replacement to you quickly. It means a lot to hear you're loving your new frames, and we truly appreciate your recommendation and support!
This is my second frame I have purchased and it really is not that hard to put together. But since I am older, I did need help to hang it.. we did get it slightly very slightly not straight, no one else will be able to tell. But those glue strips are very strong.. I love how it transforms an ugly just piece of mirror into a beautiful area in the bathroom. Thank you..
Thank you so much for coming back for a second MirrorMate frame! We're so glad to hear how much it transformed your bathroom, and it's great to know the installation went smoothly (even if it took an extra set of hands 😊). Those adhesive strips really do mean business! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and your continued support.
I am so pleased with my new mirror frame and the professionalism of this company. After I ordered my frame I received an email within 24 hours that they appreciated my business and that they were working on my order. The frame was sent within just a few days and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It totally changed the look of my half bath and I will be ordering a couple more in the near future!
Thank you so much for sharing this! We love having you as part of the MirrorMate family, and as a small team, reviews like this are exactly why we do what we do. We're so glad your frame transformed your half bath, and we’d be thrilled to help with the next ones :)
Beautiful product! It’s crazy how simple it was to install and what’s more my bathroom looks like a total makeover just from adding this gorgeous frame! I love it!!
I LOVE my new mirror mate! It makes such a difference in my bathroom. I recently moved to this home, and I didn’t want to redo the bathroom, but it was very blah. A new coat of paint and a mirror mate, and now I love it!
Thank you for your review! It's amazing how much a little paint and a frame can do... We're so glad MirrorMate helped transform your bathroom into a space you love. Enjoy!!
So easy and elegant! Got our first one about 2 years ago & it still looks great. This is our third one and the wood finish is exactly as it looked in the picture. Quality and built to last. We love Mirror Mate!
Thank you for being such a loyal MirrorMate customer! Hearing that your first frame still looks great after two years is exactly why we stand behind our 5-year guarantee—it doesn't lie! We're so grateful you've trusted us for three projects now, and we're thrilled you're happy with the quality and finish. Thanks again for sharing the love!
The frame is perfect! I am so happy with it. I must admit I was nervous ordering. I watched all the videos, ordered samples, read comments and watched all the installation videos. And then I ordered. I’m so sorry that I waited! My neighbor looked at it and said he wished he knew about Mirror Mate before he made his from scratch! Highly recommended.
We’re so glad you decided to take the leap and see the process for yourself! We know ordering a custom frame can feel a little intimidating at first, so it means a lot to hear that the videos, samples, and customer reviews helped you order with confidence. And we love your neighbor's reaction—that's quite the compliment! Thanks again for your recommendation and for sharing your experience :)
Made perfectly to fit both bathrooms mirrors! Great instructions. Easy to assemble!! It’s made a huge difference in the appearance! Soooo happy with these!!!
We're so happy that you're happy!! Enjoy your transformed mirrors :)
This is my second purchase. Everything was easy to order and easy to put together. The mirror went up and fit perfectly. The price has gone up but the quality is still there. Thank you so much for keeping quality and you will receive quickly. I think I received within two days.
Thank you for coming back to us for a second frame! It means a lot to know that the ordering process, fit, and installation were just as smooth the second time around. We really appreciate your support and for taking the time to share your experience!
The mirror looks beautiful! We received the frame within a few days of ordering. The measuring and installation instructions were clear and concise. It took about 15 minutes to put the frame together and another 15 to install it. The company was in contact with us nearly daily to let us know the status of our order. I’ve been looking at these frames for quite some time, but after I read the reviews I went ahead and made the order. My husband is an engineer, so he’s pretty particular when it comes to putting things together and about the quality of materials. Once he unpacked the frame and read the instructions, he said, “How much did we pay for this?” I asked why, thinking he was going to say it was junk. He said, “This is ingenious!” Needless to say, we are very pleased. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this story with us! Reviews like yours truly make our day because they give us a glimpse into our customers' real experiences—and this interaction with your husband will have us smiling for a while! Thank you again for your recommendation and for choosing MirrorMate :)
Instructions were easy to follow and looks great!
Got 2 different frames which were a great fit.
Easy to assemble and was a good solution without replacing mirrors
What a difference! Easy experience, easy assembly and installation. I only wish I had another location in my home to use them again! Absolutely a wonderful company and product.
We love hearing that the process was easy from start to finish and that you're happy with the transformation. "I wish I had another place to use them" might be one of our favorite compliments :) thanks for making our day!
We had a small powder room that we had old wallpaper removed and it was painted. It still didn’t look quite finished and my Sisterinlaw told me about your frames. I ordered some samples and ended up choosing one. I put it up the next day. Easy peasy. Very pleased.
We're so glad you were able to find your perfect style by ordering samples! It sounds like the frame was the perfect finishing touch to complement the other updates in your powder room. "Easy peasy" is exactly the installation experience we strive for :) Thanks for sharing your experience!
