They advertised iCloud to Android. I thought it would work without an iPhone (my iPhone is bad, so I got an Android). I paid for the subscription, only for the app not to have that feature.

Slightly outdated screenshots in their instructions. but other than that it did work to move WhatsApp messages from android to iphone. It took really long because I accidentally triggered a iPhone backup on my Mac and it did not want to restore the data while that was happening. but after that it worked fast.

I have been trying for days to use Wondershare MobileTrans to transfer my WhatsApp from an old iPhone to a new Samsung Z Fold 7. It simply does not work and has cost me sleepless nights. I tried every possible way, followed the instructions step by step, and nothing happens.
I contacted support multiple times and received no real answer. The instructions shown in their guide screens do not even exist on newer devices. In other words: they are selling outdated software that does not match reality.

All photos transferred with same date - unacceptable
Transferred data from Android to IPhone 16e.
Most of the data, particularly WhatsApp chats, were transferred correctly, but...
All the photos (19K in my case) landed in the IPhone with the same date.
I brought up the issue in the support site and the friendly bot told me that, indeed, the app didn't handle metadata and thus all photos are transferred with the date of the transfer. Apparently they have no plans to fix this.
This was never mentioned in the product description or limitations. Not fair. Not nice.
