I ordered two mattress , 1 queen and 1Full. I received a full and a twin bed. I haven’t been able to reached them by phone nor get a response from the support team. I just want the correct size bed so I can get some sleep. I ordered an additional mattress for my sister and she rec Bed her with no problem.

Never receive my Mattress, and still can't get a refund
I spent $200 on a mattress, waited a week but didn't receive it, then spent another week frantically calling and emailing for assistance. I later found out the mattress was lost and I don't want to wait for a new one, I want a refund. Now you want to charge me a 50% processing fee? This is completely unreasonable. Not only did I not receive any service, but I also had to go through a lot of hassle. I don't believe your company has the right to charge me any fees. Additionally, UPS has emphasized that if they delivered to the wrong address, they would be responsible for the refund. Please don't shamelessly deduct fees from an innocent customer. Thank you.

We'll for starters I agree with other people on trying to communicate with these people what a joke. I ordered a short queen for your camper. Our box came opened layed it flat for 72 hours, come to find out it's a queen not a short queen. Now they are blaming it on amazon warehouse and won't give me a full refund when it's their mistake. Never will I order from this company again. How can you have a business and not have a phone number. Poor service.
FAKE reviews, Waste your money
I believe these high stars and reviews are fake and not accurate. @TrustPilot check in on that.. Waited 2 months to receive a mattress with over a month of going back and forth. I could not get my money back because the item could never get to me. I wanted to return it since they continually said it is waiting to be shipped weeks after purchase. I dont think this company deserves any loyal customers. But they let me know it was not possible and I would have to haul it back to them if it ever got here. The back and forth excuses from them were made by either a bot or an entire incompetent team of children. You work hard for your money and your life 2 months is long to be without a mattress, Molblly! Spend your money and your time anywhere else

Mattress is comfortable and reasonably priced. Delivery was prompt. Very satisfied.
Quality was a pleasant surprise.
It was easy to check out. The mattress was delivered quickly, and it was exactly as described. It's comfy and fits the bed frame perfectly. The quality of the product at first glance and try has been great. Keep in mind we have only had it a week, but we will let you know more once we get down the road.

14 inch mattress ordered
I ordered a 14 inch mattress and only got to 13 inches. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ! And when you sit or lay on the edge of the mattress it feels like you are going to fall off. I message you all and was told sometimes they don't get up to the 14 inches. Was offered $30 refund to purchase a mattress topper. And if I wanted to return it, I needed to pay for the shipping overseas. What a joke ! Pretty sad to spend so much money for a mattress and told to cover it. And where can I find a topper for $30. I should have stuck to buying from Amazon. Won't ever buy this type of mattress again ! Very disappointed and very poor customer service !

We bought this mattress for our spare bedroom, but did try it out. It seems comfortable. We were a little disappointed that we ordered a 10" matress but when completely expanded it only measured 8". That being said I think this will make a great guest bed.

This was the worst mattress I ever…
This was the worst mattress I ever bought in my entire life. It is super soft, no firmness to it. I left it for 48 hours like the package and said it’s slippery the mattress shifts off of my boxspring. this was actually a complete waste of money. The height is not even the height. If I could have my money back and return the mattress, I would love that or if I can have my money back and throw the mattress in the garbage I would love that.
Family emergency leads to new find@
We had a family emergency and I found myself sleeping in the livingroom of my sister's home for a couple of weeks. The pillow that she loaned me was firm and comfortable. After a week on it, I decided to purchase one of my own and was excited that it came in a pack of two. I'm now home in my own bed with my new pillows replacing my old one.
