Hybrid Firm Bed
When I received the bed, there is a tear in the out cover. I repaired it myself and it seems to be okay and I reporting it to you because there is no way how to report it.

Product was never received I will never use you service again!
Good customer service
Product I bought was sold out so I was emailed an offer to have a similar bed sent, more expensive, but they would cover the difference. Bed was sent quickly and it seems like an okay mattress.
The bed width is wider
The bed width is wider, leaving either side to hang about 1-2inch over the side (drives my ocd crazy lining the bedding.) I also gave the bed over 72hrs to inflate fully (14inch) it did not, stopped at 13.
I recently purchased a MEMEORY foam bed…
I recently purchased a MEMEORY foam bed from you guys. It feels like I got cheap stock foam that I would use as a step up from sleeping on the hard floor!!! I purchased this to have BETTER sleep not WORSE! My back has hurt WORSE then before. Either send me a different BETTER bed or at the very least a SOFT memory foam topper or I demand a full refund!!
THE BEST MATTRESS I EVER HAD
You guys it is with the buy! I’ve never slept so comfortably on a bed before!!!
Great comfort
Is so good that my son wants it 😀

Received mattresses immediately great service
Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Haven't unpacked the bed yet but I was impressed at the quick delivery. Thank you
Great purchase
After reading the reviews (that were very promising,) I went ahead and ordered the Purity Gel Memory Foam mattress for a Queen Size bed- 12 in. It was delivered right to my door, & was so easy to unpack. Within a few hours, my mattress was already inflated. It is firm, but not too firm. Also, very comfortable. I am glad I purchased this mattress.
Not much “memory” in the foam
Not much “memory” in the foam. Very hard, not much give at all.
So far satisfactory but too soon to tell
The Customer service was great
The Customer service was great. Our mattress got delivered to the wrong place, Fedex's Fault. But they refunded us quickly. Going to order another mattress next week.
Eh. Okay guest mattress
The mattress is exactly what the description said. The downside it that it has obviously been in a vacuum package for some time. The corners still have not expanded, and at this point I doubt they will. The cover is as flimsy as other reviews said. Luckily I purchased primary as an occasional guest mattress for someone who hates air mattresses. It will be fine for that. Don't think it will last long, otherwise. Might have been cheaper to spring for a hotel room, depending on what it looks like in a few months.
Nice experience
Well, I asked for free two pillows after I ordered two mattress for seperate order, their reply was takes time, but I received them very early next day.
