The mattress came vacuum sealed but it fluffed up nicely. It’s being used as a guest bed and my guests think it is very comfortable. The outside covering for the mattress is of quality material. I’m very happy with my purchase and would buy again and/or recommend this product. The purchase is well worth the money spent

Look at what they sent me. Right out of the box it had this huge stain and they won't replace it or provide a refund. STAY AWAY From Molblly!!!!!!!

Mattress is saggy. The outer cover doesn’t fit it coy. It’s too big and it bunches up at the bottom. Foam is uneven and cut smaller than the size of the whole mattress making the sides uneven and saggy. Will not recommend to anyone!
This company is a SCAM. Customer service is non existent. You can’t even call anyone. Number is not connected. My mattress still has not arrived yet. Tracking numbers do not work. Do Not BUY. Run I am also in Canada not the Netherlands. No idea why it says I’m in the Netherlands.
Easy to use mattress, so far comfortable.
The mattress was delivered after an acceptable delay as i live in a fairly remote area. The instructions for opening the bag that contained the mattress were clear and concise. The mattress actually ended up being of better quality than i had expected.
I slept on the mattress for 5 days and it was comfortable. Delivery was fast. It is a bit heavy to move up stairs alone once it’s opened. I’ll be using it as a guest bed when needed
This is a great value. My last mattress had practically become a hammock and I was worried I wouldn't be able to afford a new bed. This has great support and my partner and I are sleeping way better
We ordered a king mattress and bed frame. Sadly, we received a queen mattress :( After providing a screenshot of my order, my order number and multiple pictures showing measurements of the mattress and the tag both proving we got a queen the customer service has been non existent!! We would like the king mattress but if nothing else our money back. It’s been over a week with no solution and only 2 emails at 3AM est and no way to call to get this fixed. I’d be happy to change my review if we can get this issue corrected but until then I’m giving a 1 start (would give a 0 if I could) We have a queen mattress in our hallway and a box with a king frame with no help! Beyond disappointed!!!!
The bed frame is very sturdy, the pillows amazing and keep shape, and the mattress may be a bit stiff but soft and comfortable at the same time. Everything came in a very timely manner.

They product came as stated, actually 1 day early! It’s perfect for my son’s small apartment because he can take out the twin foldable mattress for when someone stays with him, but can also be used as a Place to sit.
When my mattress came in my friends help me get it upstairs where it was warm I had company for the weekend so I didn't open it yet. March 3rd Sunday morning my friends arrived again My company had left we opened the mattress switch my old one out for the new one and I watched it rise all day. I had a good night's sleep we'll see how the next few weeks go

It's comfortable. The only issue is I think the bed isn't completely level. And the dimensions are a bit off. But otherwise comfortable.
