I haven’t had it for more than a week and I really hope it stays this good of quality for the next year to come. Firm and cozy is all you need to know. It is however pretty short. Not a problem tho and it almost got to its full 12 in , not far off tho like 1/2an in but ig that’s the ocd in me talking
Was pleasantly surprised. Delivery took a bit longer than expected so I reached out to their customer service. Was a bit anxious when I didn't get an answer at first but got a reply a few days later. Mattress arrived a few days after that. Customer service was very friendly. The mattress itself is great, left it to get back in shape for 3 days and have enjoyed it ever since. Will be a repeat customer when the time comes.

This company boxed the wrong size mattress into the right box, took well over a week to respond and then proceeded to say that they sent the right size mattress because the box said they did even though the mattress itself was checked off as the wrong size. They can value their customers time better, as well as provide actual quality control, I will never purchase a mattress from this company again and will never recommend it to anyone else
Just a few concerns, I had hoped the movement of my husband would be a little less. Also, the sides of mattress not supported more worries me it will break down on sides
When the bed wasn’t going to work with the adjustable base we already have, this company has made almost impossible to return it. They clam to have a 365 day return guarantee but offered me $30 back to keep something that won’t work. Said I would have pay the return shipping, which according to them the closest warehouse is “a great distance from me” yet the bed was shipped and delivered in the same day. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.

mattress wont expand all the way after 72 hours
Mattress itself is ok and comfortable, however it did rise up only 11 inches and all four coners has expanded only 10 inches. The website photo shows brown and white color, but I received grey and white color mattress .
I order 12 inch mattress I take out of box. let for 2 days an is only 8.5 not even 9 inches how I need to talk with specialist or send the mattress back

Same as the other customer below! I ordered a King mattress and was sent Queen. They did respond back but still waiting on resolution. I sent pics of the mattress and the tag on the mattress itself showing Queen. NEVER AGAIN!!! Just purchase at physical store. This wouldve been handled and my Husband told me not to do it!!! I feel like an IDIOT!!
I had a big issue and the Molblly support team will tell you it’s a small business they can’t really do anything with the issues… funny how they will tell you to ship the mattress with amazing and you need to handle the shipping which is very frustrating… support team didn’t help at all
Delivery was quick and packaging was good. However, 18 cm mattress didn't raise up to 18 cm (raised approximately 16~17 cm) after waiting one week. My weight is 80 kg. When I sleep, mattress sink down. It is not firm enough.

I ordered a king size mattress and received a queen. I have reached out to customer service multiple times with no response. There is no phone number to reach someone which is incredibly inconvenient.
Plush, medium and firm are the words used to adjust the layers. I wanted the softest mattress but all other companies use plush for medium firm. So what is the softest? Do I use the color of the foam inside the white covering and the colors are hard to tell.
