To clarify - when selecting contacts from your phone, prior to putting them into your "My Circle", it explicitly states that MoneyDolly will be reaching out up to three times on your behalf to your contacts - and only those that were submitted into My Circle, not your contact list as a whole! As for the prize shop and rewards, a minimum threshold is set by your group leader, and is required in order to help the group raise more money, and not be paying out their own profits for prizes, to those that do not participate well, or earn a prize. A mixture of effort and actual results is therefore required to make paying out for prizes worth it for the group! Thanks for your feedback all the same.

So far I like it however I’ve had several complaints where people did not know how to make the payment. I don’t think that the app is user-friendly to a lot of people so I’ve just been getting a lot of cash apps or Zelle payments because they told me they couldn’t figure out how to send the money so I think that it just needs to be a little bit more user-friendly.

As a parent that is not up to date with technology, it was easy to scroll and send to family and friends. One thing that I would like to be considered for an even better outcome, would be. Having the fundraising information with option to select a different language. This will help with friends and family members that don't read English and do want to collaborate.

I put in the wrong phone number by mistake so when I tried to access my card it wouldn’t let me. Maybe add some kind of authentication at that point instead of after the purchase. The support team was extremely helpful with getting me back on the right track though.

Graphics, Ease in deciding amount to donate and payment process. There was great difficulty in moving to “Complete Transaction” because creating “fan club”option would not allow that. I wasn’t sure if donation process was completed until I received an email stating transaction was completed. I would prefer a definite “sign out” icon.
