What's important for people to know is that their contribution goes to keeping youth football alive in our community and gives the opportunity to hundreds of kids to play football to learn sportsmansh
I think this was a great opportunity for the Kennewick youth football League to be able to come together and to work to raise funds to keep this activity going. The only complaint I would have is that the person that presented it presented it to approximately a hundred people or 75 people that were standing outside waiting as their kids got football equipment issued and for those of us that don't have the tech experience. It was a little more complicated because we really didn't have the opportunity to ask questions or figure things out. We kind of had to do it on our own but we did. The only suggestion I could make is if this stuff could pre-presented and act like a classroom setting our inside and there was more than one person willing to help you figure out how to do everything.

Thanks for your feedback Yolanda. Fees help to cover technology and processing costs, to not pass it on to the group themselves. That way support can help them, the most! We live in an age where Amazon makes shipping feel like it should always be included, but for a lot of these vendors, covering shipping costs is how it has always been. We do strive to work with our partners to cut costs and reduce fees and shipping - and will continue to work towards that goal!

Transaction and convenience fees as they are called, are to cover any processing costs associated with technology and partners, to process cards and online transactions. Instead of having the group pay for it - a fee is charged, so your contribution can make the most impact for the group! We are constantly striving to improve fees and help groups to raise more money.
