Hello Computer Guru, we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with your purchasing digital discount cards for yourself, and any friends and family. We will investigate why your make and model of phone may have had any overlap with the card number, month and dates - to fix this for other users moving forward. We have not had other reports as of yet, so we hope this was not wide spread! As for transferring your card to others - it is quite easy from within the Fanbase by MoneyDolly app, and the My Wallet tab. This is where you card lives, and the card connect option allows you to easily transfer your card by only entering in the recipients phone number. We hope to continue to improve processes and the experience for users like yourself. Thanks for making us aware

Hey Earl, thanks for your concern and feedback. Transaction fees, like on other platforms, are necessary to process and prevent costs being passed on to the groups fundraising. We understand they aren't ideal, and are constantly striving to lower costs and any transaction fees.

Hey David, if you transferred a digital discount card to another user, you will no longer see it in your own My Wallet. Reach out to our support team via text at 747-966-3466 for assistance, if you mistakenly transferred your card, or the recipient is struggling to open it! We'd love to assist you, and get your review updated to 5 stars after helping :)

Discount cards are digital, which means you'll need to sign into the Fanbase by MoneyDolly app, using the same phone number you used at checkout, to access your card.

Thanks for the feedback! Transaction fees cover the costs of the various technology used to process transactions and help the group with their fundraising. This way, the group makes more money and is not responsible for fees themselves. Shipping is another area we always strive to improve on, lowering costs for users!
