Great bike, excellent customer service!
Updated Review-Purchased a TK-1 for my wife, she loved it! On her first ride in the driveway, she went sideways on a hill and tipped over. It wasn't the bike's fault, but her inexperience. She was in the hospital for 5 days with internal bleeding. The bike still had 0 miles showing, but the fender was scratched up. I called Mooncool to see if they could resell it at a reduced price and was told that they could not. This is where the story gets better. Mooncool reached out to me and offered goodwill compensation and offered a pre sale inspection checklist and technical consultation if we sell the bike. Thanks, to a great company, that stepped up to help when it was not a product defect, but rider error!

I did my research on E bikes and mooncool came out on top! I was excited to get my E bike delivered and I put it together immediately. I ordered some accessories to make it even more cool. Thank you for making such an outstanding product.

All’s well that ends well is what come to mind after dealing with Moon Cool’s Return and Refund Policy regarding my pet carrier. They sent me a product coat $90 that did not fit my trike. Then offered me $25 to keep it saying that the return shipping cost would severely my refund. Ultimately my refund was $77 which allows $13 for shipping/restocking which is reasonable. The Trike is nice but this process diminished my confidence in buying another, let alone accessories. A no hassle refund process and a user friendly website/account/purchase history would boost consumer confidence and sales. I want Moon Cool to succeed 🙂
