I cannot recommend moon magic more, unfortunately the moonstone fell out of my beautiful ring. I contacted the company and was met with the most helpful team! Within a week I was offered a replacement of the ring at no charge to myself. Im honestly so grateful for their kindness and dealing with it so quickly. The jewellery is absolutely stunning aswell ✨️

I'm in the UK and bought an item as a first time buyer from their main website. But beware that they display several prices across Shop, their website, and via Google Search. Unfortunately I didn't check before I bought and I trusted their main website pricing. I believe I was charged an incorrect UK price when they retail the same item for less on Shop. I paid in UK pounds but I am certain that I was shown a US dollar pricing. Unfortunately their company and customer service takes a hard line and deal with customers a bit too firmly so I don't know if I could buy from them again. I asked them to check the international pricing but they came back to me without a reply on that. Silence. They don't do much to please customers unfortunately. I wasn't too pleased but I won't fight them via Trading Standards or risk bad karma. It is not worth the negative energy. Live and learn. I only paid a little bit more to be fair, but this is how you definitely DON'T win customers! 🙂 Saying that, the item is quite nice in person so 2 stars is fair. Let's see if their products are more impressive than their company policies. Shame they can't totally be trusted.

I’ve been a customer for MM for over 3 years and I keep coming back! I’ve had some pieces that have lasted YEARS - my first purchase was an evil eye necklace years ago (I still wear it everyday + never take it off) m so when they relaunch the collection I had to get the ring and hoops. Absolutely cannot recommend this company less. I bought several items in the past without issue until I purchased my daughter a necklace and within 2 months the stone is an ugly orange/yellow color. They say, let it dry under a lamp for a few weeks. It’s been months and it’s still ugly af. Don’t be fooled by their warranty - they absolutely will not honor it. Unless you like pee colored “gemstones” I’d absolutely steer clear and spend your money elsewhere. Editing to add; if you look through the positive reviews, several people have left multiple reviews for moon magic AND are the same handful of people who always comment on their socials….. food for thought.

I’ve just received my Moonstone ring and nothing like the images/videos they use to sell this ring. The ring is smaller than depicted and the stones are much smaller and not vibrant and don’t stand out like they do in the imagery/videos. The stones look like something you’d buy for arts & craft project. The gold vermeil is too fake looking color wise and looks like it will flake off. I’m really disappointed as was expecting a statement piece of jewelry and that’s not what I got. Not worth the money.
