DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE MARKETING — THIS WAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST ONLINE SHOPPING DISAPPOINTMENTS I'VE EVER HAD.
I was genuinely excited to receive my ring from Moon Magic. Their Instagram is stunning, their website looks luxurious and high-end, and everything about their branding makes you believe you're purchasing a beautiful, premium piece of jewelry. I happily spent around $100 on a Labradorite 925 silver ring because I thought I was buying quality.
What arrived was a completely different story.
The package came in a thin, plain, slightly smelly box that looked crushed and folded inside out. There was no premium presentation, no elegant branding, nothing that reflected a jewelry purchase of this price. At first, I didn't even realize it was my Moon Magic order.
Inside were some cheap-looking protective papers wrapped around a small ring box that looked like a plastic pink velvet case you could find for a few dollars. Then I saw the ring.
Honestly, my heart sank.
The ring looked like something you would buy from AliExpress for $5. The Labradorite stone looked absolutely nothing like the photos on the website. Yes, it had a small shine when light hit it at the right angle, but it was tiny, dull, and low quality. The "925 silver" felt incredibly light and cheap, almost like a toy ring. It looked more like a thin silver-colored coating than a solid silver piece.
There is simply no way this ring is worth anywhere near $100.
The entire experience felt like a dropshipping operation hiding behind excellent marketing. Moon Magic claims these pieces are custom-made, yet it took 8 business days just to receive a shipment confirmation. There was also no tracking number provided despite the package being labeled as international shipping. Ironically, the timeline felt exactly like ordering from a low-cost overseas supplier.
To make matters worse, the ring size was completely wrong and much larger than expected.
Now I have to return this disappointing item at my own expense and under my own responsibility.
The gap between the photos and the actual product is shocking. What you see online looks luxurious, handcrafted, and premium. What I received looked cheap, mass-produced, and nowhere near the quality being advertised.
I went from being genuinely excited and eager to wear this ring to feeling completely disappointed the moment I opened the box.
In my opinion, Moon Magic is selling a fantasy through beautiful marketing while delivering jewelry that does not match the price or expectations.
Save your money.

We are not a dropshipping operation. Jaipur is renowned as a global center for gemstone and jewelry craftsmanship, and our pieces are made there by skilled artisans.
Regarding the shipping timeline, we can see that your order was placed on September 18, the shipping label was generated on September 21, and the package was delivered on October 2. This falls within the 12–22 working day timeframe we advise on our website for our handmade pieces. We generate shipping labels in advance to help speed up the fulfillment and shipping process. For international orders, we work with YunExpress to keep shipping costs more affordable. Packages from India may travel through Hong Kong as a transit hub before being handed over to the local carrier for final delivery, which can also make the tracking journey less straightforward than expected.
As for the ring size, your order was placed in size 11, which is our largest available size. We do provide a size guide on our website to help customers select the most suitable size, although we understand that choosing the right ring size online can sometimes be difficult.
Most importantly, we’re sorry that the Labradorite ring itself did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the appearance of the stone, the feel of the silver, and the difference between what you expected from the product photography and what you received. Labradorite is a natural gemstone, so each stone will naturally vary in color, flash, pattern, and appearance, but we absolutely want to make sure the piece you received is as it should be.

I purchased a €400 white gold ring from Moon Magic featuring two diamonds, expecting good quality and customer service for such a significant purchase. Unfortunately, one of the diamonds fell out of the ring, which is extremely disappointing and concerning for a piece of jewellery at this price point.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I contacted Moon Magic several times through Instagram, and it took repeated messages before I finally received a response. When they did reply, they were not willing to offer any meaningful assistance, simply stating that the ring was outside of the warranty period.
I understand that warranties have terms and conditions, but when a €400 ring loses one of its diamonds, I would expect the company to at least show some willingness to investigate the issue or offer a reasonable repair solution. Instead, I felt completely dismissed as a customer.
For me, this isn’t only about the lost diamond — it’s about the quality, durability, and lack of customer support after spending €400 on their jewellery.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Moon Magic. The ring looked beautiful, but the overall experience and after-sales service have been extremely disappointing.
