Total scam part number and description don’t match. 400 part now stuck with it cause there website is wrong. Refuse to let me return it. If you gonna sell from and online catalog. Get it right. Instead of making a customer lose 400 on a part that wasn’t even opened and is useless to me. Electrical or not. You list it as one part with a picture and not even close to what I received.
Ordered a part for my Jeep to be delivered to the UK. The order sat in 'address verification' status for over a day. Used their online chat get get a status update, to find when and if my order would ship. Repeatedly failed to give a direct answer, just "it can take 1-3 days". For what? Is my address verified or not? If you can't tell me I will cancel. Response - "your order is cancelled". Zero customer service, will never use them again.

The service claims to be faster than dealerships, which they are not. They give you false delivery dates without any communication as to when your part will actually arrive. You might as well just order from a dealer or get the parts rebuilt

Order a fan clutch for my truck, the fan clutch was defective was engaged on first startup.contacted seller and requested a RMA for return they wanted a dealer diagnostic report verification saying part is defective dealer wanted 139 for report.so I'm out 210 for part that I can't return. Don't waste your time and money with this company go to a dealer and pay the extra money .at least they honor the warranty and return policy.

The company shipped me the wrong part I ordered and the packaging was open when I received it. Since the part was wrong I tried getting it returned and a refund which was denied because the packaging was open. The problem is the product already came open I didn’t open it so now I have a wrong part with no use.

I live in California and drive a 2012 Jeep GC. I can get parts from Parts Giant faster than I can from my local Jeep Dealer. Simply always submit your serial number and get the correct part even if there has been up grades and new part numbers over the years.
Only problem was the carrier took longer than normal
I ordered a package and waited an incredibly long time. When the package arrived, it was a genuine Mopar part, but it came in a bag without a box and was completely scratched.
