The try on feature does not work. Even after uploading a picture of myself 3 times. It also continued to lose my data I would enter regarding my eye color hair color etc. Not worth the money. There is no refund policy and be sure to cancel your membership as they will keep charging you.

I thought I might try the service but immediately did not like it. Beware it is a crooked company. It will charge you twice as much as the the initial fee for annoying subscription and will not refund it. It is difficult find how to cancel. This is just a money grabbing site and nothing that special in its style advice. It is all AI.

The product gives great analysis. I have an issue with the outfits they offer, I am a Mother with a Classic vibe and was seeing many boho options in the outfit suggestions. Most of the color choices in the outfits were outside my warm autumn color scheme. As such i used the analyse my outfit and item checks more than the suggested items. I cancelled and may go back if I think I need additional assistance, but I think I have a good basis.

I didn’t like being charged $98. For a consultation I had thought was included in the original order. I didn’t do the consultation and still have not received a refund. The capsule wardrobe suggested for me was not anything i would buy, colors chosen were dull. The team is responsive when asked a question which is why I gave it a medium rating.
