Motif contacted me about an issue with the cover of my book In which the writing was not appearing correctly As a result I made a different book and they did not put the order through on the one with the bad cover This was greatly appreciated!
This was my first experience at using the Motif app with Apple Photos to create an album book. The app was fairly easy to use and for the most part very intuitive. The only problem I had was moving photos form one location to another, and keeping track of photos I wanted to add or subtract from the album. I believe there could be a better way to do this. I chose the hardback version of the album and I was very pleased with the image quality of the printing. Turn around time was only a few days. Overall, I would definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to produce a photo album.
We have made ten 10X10 hardcover Motif photo books over the last two years (and also given away a couple as gifts). They are a wonderful way to relive our experiences, especially trips and other highlights that occur over the course of a year. It's also a lot of fun sitting with your partner in front of the computer picking the photos, laying out the pages, and seeing it all come together. We've found the product easy to use and powerful in terms of how much we can do and so quickly. And the books are beautiful!
Prints are fine but at least high expensive

This is my second project with Motif. Absolutely awesome product. Delivery within 4 days was unbelievable! 80 pages with over 220 photos plus script. Quality of paper, presentation, colour and photos was first class. Easy to use and edit. I would not hesitate to recommend this produce to anyone! Can’t wait to start my next project!! Errors found. Web site doesn’t give enough options for text discription. No option to highlight specific errors. You must find them yourself. Motif was much better and easier to use Wouldn’t use you again.

Liked the photo quality and ease of use creating a photobook. My one frustration was that despite MOTIF being an app compatible with Apple, I'm not able to "press and hold to display the accent menu". My text captions use French place names so I have to use a clumsy copy/paste workaround to achieve the correct spelling of French words.
The cover of my book was damaged when it arrived but it was very quickly replaced and I appreciated that. The photos and book are great!
The format for completing the book was easy to use. The book itself is beautiful.
I have ordered cards, books and calendars from Motif at least 15 times and always been very happy with the results.

It was easy to create a photo book with Motif using a selection of photos within my Apple Photos app. When I got stuck due to a software issue the Motif team fixed it and emailed me.
Mostly I really enjoy creating with Motif and the result is terrific, but I do get frustrated over the importing of photos as many times the photo I want to import doesn't show up. I would also like a broader choice of backgrounds as I make a book for someone each year and have to repeat the designs.

The book is beautiful. I did have problems figuring out how to send it in. I finally figured it out with help of Motif Support.
Format is very user friendly. Easy to understand and easy to use. One downside. The advertised 20% discount (Fathers Day) apparently does not apply to Canadian customers. The discount code was not accepted at checkout. Why bombard us with ads if the discount is not applicable?
A very good standard of printing, good quality photo paper and quick turn round of delivery.
