I'm learning, but dealing with text can be a challenge and frustrating. Seems to change font style and size on its own. Would like there to be some type of atlas/map function so a map could be printed on a page (like the old Apple photo book had).

It is a lovely book and - despite being very non-theccy - I got the hang of the software pretty easily. The only downside was the quality of the printing. The photos are just not as sharp or intense as old school printed photos, but I think that may just apply to photo books generally.
The books are always wonderful! I was glad I could use a coupon this time. That's not very often. It would be nice if there was a discount for a second book.The prices are high if you like many pages as I do.

After spending a lot of time creating the photo album layout and then writing in the text boxes after closing the session all the texts disappeared. No help from customer service to enable me to retrieve the writing.

I didn’t think my 8” x 8” soft covered photo book would be spectacular, but it is and surprised me when I opened it up. I was delighted with the quality and clarity of the photographs. It’s a special gift and it’s perfect. Thank you.
Relatively easy to use software although a little clunck at times. The service after is great, my photo book arrived promptly and the quality is excellent. Great comms throughout.

Easy to work with and forgiving. I would suggest there be more creative formats for the pages, rather than just number and arrangement of photographs.

I absolutely love the book I ordered. I’m deployed in the Middle East at the moment and wanted something special to give my fiancé for our anniversary. When she opened the book up over FaceTime she started crying. From what I could see, great quality and quick turnaround time. The actual ordering when I was done making the book was a bit complicated, but I think that’s because of my bad service and Wi-Fi connection over here. Thank you Motif!
The format is easy to use and downloads easily. The time between downloading and receiving the actual item is extremely fast! All around good product and service....gets a bit pricey as you ad pages to the book, but product is worth it.....
