Apart from sorting my own photos, which takes a little time, the choice of layouts and books along with the simplicity of rearranging the layout to my own preference is relatively simple. The order system is quick and the delivery even quicker.

Fairly easy to navigate book making process. There are some frustrating aspects such as being told photos are too poor in quality to use, despite being pro pictures! But the book produced is superb, way better than other photo books I have made. My first choice now for making keepsake photo books.
Pretty good
Motif's photo-book making process is pretty good and getting better as time goes on. The print quality is not amazing but easily good enough for most everyday albums. Turn-around time from order to receipt is usually quick.

This App was brilliant, once I got the hang of it I could move photographs to sizes and pages that I wanted. It arrived super quick and when I thought it would not arrive on time, I found the customer service very helpful. And most importantly, the book looks great!

Used to be good but customer service is now unresponsive
I've used Motif/Mimeo in the past with good results. Very easy to use and the photo books are quite nice. Now, for the past week, I've been trying to purchase a photo book I created and the customer service is terrible. I hate to say it, but who ever is responding to my emails seems not to know how to read. They ask me questions that I've already answered and are offering either canned, useless answers or solutions that are internally inconsistent and don't work. I have used them in the past with good results but am not going to again because of the hours of frustration this has caused.
