I subscribed to the monthly Everything plan because of a specific DaVinci Resolve template. The advertised monthly price initially highlighted the annual equivalent, while the actual month-to-month price was significantly higher. After subscribing, the template I purchased for imported with missing media and unresolved font issues despite installing the required font. The included documentation was generic Motion Array tutorial links rather than instructions for the template itself. For the price, I expected a smoother experience and more up-to-date, fully functional templates.

Can't remove copyright strikes on music you download from them and it takes half a day to even hear back from customer support only to be told try doing what I have already done.

I had a bit of trouble finding my way to contacting a live person, but when I did, it was among the best customer service I could get. The correct chatbox got me in touch with someone from Motion Array pretty quickly. It seemed to grasp that I needed to talk to a human (thanks!). After that, I was on my way. I had to show proof of payment and the email discussion was picked up right after I left it, when I had to leave for a job and come back. No worries that I would have to start all over! Once I was able to give them the correct information, they moved fast. I felt like someone cared! Then they resolved my problem the next day. Good job!
Do not use this service, our company was billed upfront twice of $300 and on top of that a monthly subscription for about 3 x videos totalling $1800. When I tried to notify support there is no human. There is only an AI chat bot and it refuses to help and send a "we are unable to refund you as you downloaded assets - terms here". I'm taking this further. AVOID.
I accidentally subscribed to the annual plan instead of the monthly plan, and Motion Array support handled it quickly and kindly. Christian helped switch my account to the monthly plan and processed the prorated refund without any hassle. Really appreciate the fast and smooth support!

MOTION ARRAY IS extremely predatory in the way they hide your cancel button why is it in the smallest letters possible in a similar color to the background at 30% opacity on top of other text to where you cant find it???? SO CLEVER!!!!! Attempted to contact your support line to no avail because i couldn't find the cancel button last month either and you never EVER picked up. I call today and same BS. NOW you stole the money i have to eat. i cant eat because of your bum company charging me early on a day it wasnt agreed upon. Expect a dispute and a review everywhere possible. your horrible practices lost me. making your consumers go hungry with predatory practices. What a disgusting company. Cant forget your assets barely work half the time. If you make vertical content dont even bother.... cause the assets wont work on it without you doing surgery on the whole asset. I NEED A REFUND ASAP FOR MY PAIN AND SUFFERING! MOTION ARRAY HAS PUT ME THROUGH PAIN! THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND VOIDED OUR PAYMENT TERMS BY CHARGING ME WHEN THEY WANT RATHER THAN WHATS LISTED!
I gave a try to their system, subscribed and downloaded one or two assets. As it is very hard for me, and I say it for me, to install it, I got frustrated. Asked for a refund but they are very strict with their policy, and did not understand my case. As a new user, I would not use it again, and not recommend for cases like mine.
