I am extremely frustrated and exhausted by Motion Array's deliberately deceptive cancellation process. As a video editor, my time is valuable, yet the platform forces users through a manipulative maze just to stop paying for a subscription. When you try to cancel, there is no clear button. Instead, you are redirected to a pricing page showing only "Upgrade" options (Monthly, Yearly, Team). The actual cancellation link ("Renewal settings") is intentionally hidden at the very bottom of the page in tiny text, completely out of sight. This is a textbook "Dark Pattern" designed to trap users, tire them out, and trick them into thinking they have no choice but to stay subscribed. A platform built for creative professionals should respect its users, not use shady, exhausting tactics just to squeeze out another month's payment. A thoroughly disappointing experience.

I was curious about Artlist but I wasn’t ready to subscribe and for some reason I did. I had to contact the customer service to get support and they fix the problem very quickly without asking me too many questions. They understood what I had to fixed. I have been using Motion Array for over three years and their service is first class. As a designer and content creator, I need the best assets to work with and Motion Array always deliver. The couple of times I have contacted their customer services, the responce was immediate and all sorted (the two occasions that were my own fault). These folks are A1.
Their music is in violation with Youtube's copyright infringements. The last three songs I downloaded and used in videos got flagged and were even prevented from being uploaded to Youtube. Better to spend your money with another music provider so you don't have to re-edit to an entirely new song.
Been paying for subscription since 2022 but i was unable to download any assets at all since last year, they keep asking me to subscribe. My plan is still active and in fact just renewed last month. I've raised tickets a few times and no one has ever got back to me. Their AI chatbot is useless, ending chat so fast without ever offering any useful solutions.
The copyright issues were resolved very quickly. It would be even better if they could provide a whitelist feature. Of course, this might not be entirely on them—it could involve coordination with YouTube—but regardless, I really love their music!

They get two stars purely because of how difficult they make it to cancel the subscription. It's a greyed out button buried deep in the account settings. I couldn't find it and had to Google. It's a shameful business practice. This kind of design is wrong and shouldn't be allowed. It's a shame because otherwise I really like the service. I would join again but they've lost my trust.
