Had a worst experience with them. When you book tickets and accommodation with the travel agency, they ask or organise your layover arrangements according to the country requirements BUT not with them they book your holiday plan without asking or telling you about the visa requirements for the country you're going to layover. They have extremely INEXPERIENCED STAFF. And they lack work ethics. Once you raise a complaint they took 3 months to reply that even after you made multiple calls. WORST WORST AGENCY AND STAFF.

The agent told to make no show as my visa stamping got postponed. i would have rescheduled the travel but the agent told let it be no show and pay penalty plus ticker charge for new schedule.

When you contacted us before your scheduled departure due to the postponement of your visa appointment, our team explained that the ticket was non-refundable under the airline's fare rules. However, as a goodwill effort, we also offered to submit your supporting documents to the airline and supplier to request an exception, while clearly advising that any waiver or refund would be subject to airline approval.
After reviewing the request, the airline declined the exception and confirmed that visa-related circumstances were not eligible for a refund. This information was promptly communicated to you. We also informed you that the ticket value could still be utilized within its validity period until December 2, 2026, subject to applicable airline rules, and our team remains available to assist with rebooking options.
We would also like to clarify that at no point did our team advise you to intentionally become a no-show. We only explained the airline's policies regarding no-show charges, change fees, and fare differences that may apply if a scheduled flight is missed.
