I booked a premium transfer with a baby car seat, but the experience was extremely unsafe and unacceptable.
This was an extremely disappointing and unsafe experience.
I booked a superior/private car with a baby car seat (#2461269). The vehicle itself was a Mercedes and seemed to match the premium category, but the baby seat provided was completely unacceptable.
First of all, the driver started driving before I had even fastened my own seat belt, and before my baby was safely secured in the car seat. I had to ask him to stop the car immediately because my child was not yet strapped in.
When we tried to fasten the baby seat harness, it was very difficult to close and did not feel secure. During the journey, the harness became loose, and my baby was able to easily take his arms out of it. This is extremely dangerous.
Even worse, after the car had started moving, I noticed that the baby seat itself had not been properly installed. It was an ISOFIX seat, but only one side of the ISOFIX was attached. The other side was loose. I had to try to fix it myself in a hurry while travelling with my baby.
The car seat was also in terrible condition. It looked extremely old, possibly 15 to 20 years old, dirty, worn out and with torn fabric. It was not suitable for transporting a baby safely. I had booked and paid for a premium vehicle with a baby seat, but the seat provided was absolutely not acceptable.
The driver was not particularly polite or helpful, but my main complaint is not about his attitude. My main concern is that the company provided an unsafe, badly installed, old and dirty child seat, and allowed the journey to start before my child was properly secured.
This should never happen, especially when a baby under two years old is involved. I cannot recommend this service and I believe the company must urgently review its child safety procedures and the condition of the car seats provided.

The return transfer did not arrive and let me down just told me he could not get to me. I had to pay for 2 separate taxis to the airport for a family of 5
I have been trying to get my refund back without success
Also the transfer was 30 mins late collecting us at arrivals in the airport
Would certainly not recommend and will not use this company again

Pros:
Simple booking at short notice.
Friendly and easy to find.
Waited for us when our plane was delayed 45 mins.
Cons: standard service was not a 7 seater minibus with modern safety standards but an ageing small coach with lap belts. Slower and less safe than anticipated with children.
Would not use the standard service again.
