Trust Medical was remarkably easy to use - and delivered exactly what was needed to comply for a school absence. And their customer service was great to work with - which I found out after I screwed up a piece of information in the note - within a couple hours they had contacted me and offered to "fix" my mistake. These people are either thieves or severely incompetent. I’d give zero stars if I could. I placed an order and paid. Heard nothing, I got a refund. I tried again, same day. I heard nothing. Although they claim to have issued a refund they have not.

Amazing customer service! I tested positive for the flu and couldn't afford to go to the after-hours clinic for a doctor's note When I was still running a fever the next day, I asked them to revise my note, and they were very kind and accommodating, while also communicating with me in a very timely mannerm If you're sick and not able to get to a doctor or can't afford to, I highly recommend getting your doctor's note from them!
