Great Service, Great Customer Support
I have been using Trust Medical since Fall 2025 and it's been great! The response time in receiving letter is always fast and if a correction is needed, someone responds quickly to make the correction. We've had no issues at all. The cost is similar to a telemed or onsite co-pay, but knowing you'll receive a certified and verifiable note quickly makes this my #1 choice. They have taken some stress out of an extremely stressful situation. Thank you Trust Medical!! Highly recommend!

Our entire family had COVID, and this service was a lifesaver. I needed doctor’s notes for my kids’ school and received them very quickly. I also made a mistake on one note, and support got back to me almost immediately. The price is comparable to a telehealth visit, which makes it even more worth it. It’s such a relief to have an option like this when you don’t feel well enough to go to the doctor but still need a note for school or work.

I was having trouble finding a doctor that would complete my FMLA forms due to me not having a PCP. MyTrust was able to help me out with that problem. Although it took a few months with the back and forth between my job and MyTrust because my job was being difficult, I can definitely say they’re an extremely legit service provider! If my job is as tedious as they are and they accepted the paperwork then you too will have no problem at all with the documentation. Not to mention their support team answers within minutes of the email if it’s during business hours and are readily and eagerly waiting to assist you with any problems you may be having. Legit doctors, legit paperwork, legit service provider.

The experience and the price is amazing. I originally put in the wrong dates, but I emailed customer service and they remedied it really quickly. Very professional very courteous very prompt. The whole process took less than 20 minutes, including my doctors note. I Will be using again and telling others in the future.

I work at Amazon and had to get doctors notes for the past 3 days to cover my absences. I’m so glad this company made the process so simple.

It went extremely well. There was no hassle or difficult procedure that you had to go through. You just tell them your information, and once they have it, you get your doctor's note. They also have great communication in regards to any issues that popped up, and it was resolved in no time.
