AOL’s are bad business!
Well, to be honest, Newrez is stupid to accept Attorney Opinion Letters (AOL) in lieu of Title Insurance policies on deeds of trusts. My loan was insured so I don’t worry, but you are going to get a claim on one of your loans and find out that the AOL does nothing for you! You get what you pay for!
