I have bought a few basic parts like racks and protection parts, all good. Bought a few actual bike parts, all good. Not as cheap as once was but what it. Be nice if they didnt plaster their logo over everything. Delivery of some items took forever, most within a week.

Absolutely beautiful part and very well made. It was well packaged and came quite quickly. A very premium piece I'll be glad to add to my vehicle.
Good quality for the price
Overall good quality parts. I purchased a bunch of stuff for KTM 690 and bmw 1250. Had to return some things and the return process is not the smoothest; you gotta pay for shipping and they do want you to keep the stuff and even offer a discount if you keep. I'd say make sure you commit to keeping stuff when you order. Billet parts are top quality. I've heard that their bags are also great quality for the price. Overall, I will keep shopping there and I look forward for more parts to become available. Shipping is ok, not Amazon fast, but comes within a week.
Absolutely atrocious customer service
Absolutely atrocious customer service. I ordered the incorrect product and never took the item out of the original packaging. I called them for a refund and they gave me the runaround. They even asked me to re-sell the product. Other customers have received similar customer service. They no longer respond to my emails and when I call, they just state that they are “escalating” the claim which is nonsense. I should have known better given that they sell crappy Chinesium products.
