This company is awful. I informed them immediately after I wait over a month to get my merchandise that the outfits were not true to size and that nothing fit. They never refunded me my money, I sent pictures of the outfits. One of the outfits they advertised it as a set but it only included a vest that was too small. Very poor customer service. I have tried to make a dispute with them they closed it out and they never respond to me on whats app.

Orders are not being fulfilled correctly. The shipping charges are outrageous. Items are being purposely left off order due to pkg weight. This is horrible service.

Why no christian stickers ? You have questionable choices but not much christian choices and I was hoping to buy everything I needed here rather than another website, make more christian stickers and clothes please because i recently found out many christians like me don't have products at online stores, btw the strings aren't described if elastic or not elastic

Spent $107 in shipping. Was contacted days later requesting additional funds to ship and order which was already paid. Their system has flaws which causes their customers orders to be shipped late and extremely expensive shipping to the US.

I ordered from them, but between 72 hours I changed my mind so I asked for a refund. I’ve had read the negative reviews about giving you credit points instead of your money, so I was clear I needed the money transferred back to my bank account and so it happened. In 48 hours my money was returned. They are definitely not a scam.
However, they should fix some things, like sounding more professional when writing to customers instead of preferring the reference “hi friend” and also they kept a 15% of my order because of the preparation it costed them. It’s an understatement requirement, but they should include something like a box you have to click in with their guidelines before purchasing, because if you have purchased something without applying to the guidelines, they have no right to do this.
Except from that, my experience was great and I won’t hesitate to order from them again.

I’ve been ordering from Nihao for more than 5 years. They have an amazing variety of products. Their products are good and they have Very prompt customer service. However most times there’s a delay in shipping orders, which can impact your business. They claim that the tracking details get updated in 48 hours once the order is marked shipped but it’s more like 4 days and you have to constantly follow up with them. I have had several delays with my orders recently despite being a regular customer for over 5 years.
Ordering was easy. Fast delivery. I can't complain the prices were good. Some of the products were very good but some were not. I don't think I will use them going forward but I won't say anything negative about them. They just are not what I am looking for. There are a few pieces broken - I DID NOT contact the company because they are not expensive so I won't be ordering again so not worth trying to get them replaced

Useful platform but not that friendly to small business owner
Decent place to get wholesale jewellery but the price on certain products are not as cheap compare to another platform. Quality wise is ok only sometimes must be really careful with misleading info on website. Example like picture and description mentioned Titanium Steel but in reality the materials looked like aluminium. This makes them harder to resell and ended up wasting money! Overall about 80% of my orders are satisfied
They are genuinely good! Most of the items were upto my expectations and also nice quality! Quality depends on metals used and they mention everything in that!

my order was not complete and now they want a video of the items i was unhappy with. i dont have time to make videos because of their mistake and they wont issue a refund or at least send me the items that are missing

This is hard to write. I have ordered from them several times prior to this and all went well. I decided to save a little and try "ship by sea." Maybe that is where I went wrong. It was supposed to be delivered 35 days after it went out on May 3rd. It's been sitting in Long Beach, CA since May 28th and not moved. It's now June 14th and nearly 42 days from the time I ordered it. I have over $400 in on this for my store. No news. I am not going to be happy if I loose my order and do not get a refund.
